    My knee is feeling really sore from last night, so I thought I would kick the weight workout up a notch and skip the grappling tonight. I had an amazing workout, best back and bicep workout of my life!

Holy crap my biceps are sore, my biceps havn't felt this sore in a long long time! Tomorrow I will be doing Kickboxing with MMA sparring.

    The pumps and endurance from Cre-02 and Citruvol Ultra are amazing, the pumps I got today were like no other, best chest pump I ever had!



    I had to cut the cals a bit, I'm having a really hard time eating this much, still having a hard time at this much, I feel like my appetite has gone down.


    Great workout today, set a PR on the Incline DB press, nothing to crazy, just 1 rep up from last time I tried the 80's, but still going up, hoping for a big boost next week. I couldn't do abs today and did chest instead of back because my lower back is just killing still, I will do upper back in the morning.

    I'm hoping Dermacrine starts kicking in for me soon!

    Super Pumps in my legs, felt like I was able to push out a lot more reps in my max leg extentions with 50lbs, last time I got 220 reps and this time I was able to push out 330 reps!, the muscle endurace increase is very nice!

    I have been having a hard time eating so much and feel like I'm just over doing it, I'm changing my diet and will stick to it starting tomorrow. I

    I'm happy I was able to squat 260lbs for 10 reps, my right knee has been hurting pretty much since I was 10 years old and I always got pain in it. I was never able to go heavy on squats, but there was a little less pain today and I was able to add more weight then I normaly do with not near as much pain, which was great!
    So maybe I can go up even more this month without my knee getting in the way

    Shoulder and tricep workout was really good, I wish I got to do more weight today but I had no spotter today, I was gonna do just arms today but my biceps are still sore. Tomorrow I will do Biceps! I skipped Cardio this week cause my lower back has been pretty sore, but will start adding it in tomorrow.

    Also changed cal intake, I can't take eating over 5000 cals a day, so I will leave it at this and try more of slower lean bulking. Hit 205 tho so thats awesome, if my weight starts to go down in the next few days I may increase cals, but if it goes up slow then I'll keep it at this

    No that there's anything wrong with it, just the acidity would kill me and I don't consume any macro's that close to my workout. Everyone has a different approach, stick with what works.

    It was't the best workout today, my triceps were still sore so I knew I wasn't beating any PR's, but still manage to tie my PR on bench. at the end of my workout my left shoulder was really hurting and thats the same shoulder that was injured for a year, so I just stopped this time and went to the bike. I will let the shoulder rest, it doesn't feel to bad today and it's legs so it's all good.

    Also, I feel like I have really over did the food with this bulk, I put on some fat that I prob shouldn't have, so I'm gonna lower the cals and turn this thing into more of a recomp and maybe get down to a leaner 195lbs.
