    This is my first log and unlike many others, this is an unorthodox lean cut. Not expecting any major strength gains as this is strictly towards cutting BF% to <7% by the end of July. Currently at 146lbs at 16% bodyfat.

    Diet: Typical Cutting Diet with 500kcal deficit (1 gallon of water everyday)
