Final Review

DOSAGE - 2 scoop. Felt like this was a good dosage because it just seamed to work fine for me. Also like that 2 serverings was still just a little serving, Looks like no fillings or bad addtions that are not needed only what is needed for a great preworkout. Some companys should learn a lesson from N.O. Ignite. Must remember that this product does have over 50 servings at 1 scoop.

MIXABILITY - 9/10 This is at 2 scoops I did get a little sandy granules at the bottom of the cup, but all in all it mixed quite well nothing I haven't seen in anyother type of Preworkout.

TASTE - 10/10 As I had said in the begining of the log it tasted just like a kool-Aid mix. And the taste never changed. Was good as the first dosage.

RESULTS - 9/10 Most of the PWO results happened about 30 mins before my workout, about the time I got to the gym and was ready to kick it into gear. Like that I can take just before I leave for the gym and then I'm ready to go right at the gym.

PUMP - 8/10 Felt a great pump during the first 2 weeks of taking Ignite. But then it was on and off during the last couple weeks not a bad thing, just I think my body was off or I may have been getting use to the Ignite.

HOW I FELT AND FEEL - 10/10 This is the best to get you into going to the gym many days I just didn't want to go to the gym, just wanting to stay home and watch TV. But as soon as I took Ignite I wanted to go! For me I had NO crash felt great the whole time I was at the gym. I liked that my stomach didn't feel like crap on Ignite. With other PWO I have had stomach pains before not with Ignite. Also no affect on my sleep (took at 6:00 PM) which I like.

COMPARISIONS TO OTHER PREWORKOUTS
I have taken my fair share of PWOs and the one PWO I would compare this closest to is Jacked 3D. Ignite is a step above most other preworkouts because it doesn't have a crap fillers and bullsh*t. Gave me a nice clean energy like Jacked. I would almost say that they are very close. Both mix great and both give good pump. I would put Ignite well above NO Xplode and Nano Vapor. I have always like N.O. Shotgun for adding protien to there PWO but Ignite gives a better pump and energy. And for any other PWO the taste can just not compare to Ignite and aswell as Jacked 3d. I can see me using both N.O. Ignite and Jacked 3D on and off different months so I don't get used to there formulas.


FINAL THOUGHTS - 9/10 Being that I haven't been on any Preworkout Supplement for about a month if not more so I feel this will help a lot with my workout. And it did. I felt great everytime I took it and had great clean energy when on Ignite. Will buy a couple more cans to work in for my different PWOs.

DOSAGE - 1 scoop (May move up 1 more scoop)

MIXABILITY - Looks like it mixes very will and it did but I did see a couple sandy granules at the bottom of the cup but went away after a little more mixing.

TASTE - As far as I can taste and tell it tasted great in my opinon it tastes just like Kool-Aid. But better.

RESULTS - Felt like it started to kick in about 25 to 30 mins about the time I got to the gym.

PUMP - Felt like I had some good pump but wasn't what I should have had because of the shorter workout.

HOW I FELT AND FEEL - Well I really didn't want to go to the gym on Monday. But I knew I needed to go. So I took Ignite and I will tell you I felt like I had to go to the gym.

While at the gym I really did feel a good sorce of energy and I really didn't crash at all. Also no affect on my sleep (took at 6:00 PM) which I like.

FINAL THOUGHTS - I haven't been on any Preworkout Supplement for about a month if not more so I feel this will help a lot with my workout. Told my wife while we were working out that I really did feel like I could workout for another 1 or 2 (after a hour of working out already), but I had to get home with the kids for dinner.

Wednesday 04/28/10

DOSAGE - 1 scoop (Have not moved up 1 more scoop)

MIXABILITY - Still getting some sandy granules at the bottom of the cup but went away after a little more mixing.

TASTE - Just as good as the first time. (Will be dropping this catagory in a couple days)

RESULTS - Felt great but still sweating like a pig. Felt very focus, when I was walking into the gym felt like every thing was highlighted (maybe?).

PUMP - Felt a great pump my blood was rushing and my vains was showing great.

HOW I FELT AND FEEL - Wow I felt like I wanted to goto the gym but after 25 mins of Ignite I felt like I had to workout.

FINAL THOUGHTS - Still a on going test. So right now I'm enjoying it. Wifee says that there is a change in the way I look when I'm workout to.

(I think she wants to take my N.O. Ignite)

Also thought I should add my workouts and Weight into this so to see if I have anyother benifits from taking N.O. Ignite.

TASTE - Can't say to much about it it tastes very close to Jacked 3D very good.

RESULTS - Felt great but still sweating like a pig.

PUMP - Was just a cardio day but even the arms were pumping.

True. I'm at 212 right now. And get a nice clean energy for ignite. Maybe closer to the end of the log I will try it.

Maybe if I was still in school and had Finals or a big test it may help keep focused on the test. But wouldn't use to much. Don't want to get all hot and pumped when doing a test the teacher may think your cheating or just want to leave and start to workout. :lol:

For focus and energy I have to say that AI Motivate is the best I have ever taken, though I have never taken NO Ignite so it may be excellent as well.

I'm around 210 to 215. I have been taking it with lower weights lately because I have been nursing a back injery. That will just not go away.

And I really think I have to change my workouts around because I have been doing these workouts for about 6 months now so I think it is time for a change.

HA No offense taken. That was about two years ago. I have done alot of cuts and because I would like to lose the belly and tone up. Trying to get around 10% to 12% BF if not lower.

I've been doing a constant bulk for the fast few years haha. I hate cutting, but I'm actually doing it now. Pretty much eating a lean and clean diet, running alot more, But im taking the Natabolic Stack and that really gave me a huge burst of strength so Its hard not to lift like a beast.
