GOALS WHILE ON PINK
Ive been bulking for 13 months straight and If you dont know me and youre thinking well how the hell are you still 155 lbs then check my first log/journal thing here and youll see that I was 80lbs when I got out of the hospital and didnt try to lift anything until I was 100lbs so recap 1 year and 75lbs later brings me to this sponsored log. Inevitably even with an ultra clean diet I obviously gained some fat. Not too much but unfortunately it all goes straight to my stomach which isnt too cool. Its probably due to cortisol mostly because as i said I really only have fat on the center of my stomach. So Im going to attempt my first cut/recomp while on the pink so that I dont lose any of my strength. Im planning on doing cardio 8-9 times a week and both seperate and after lifting just depends on the day. Im hoping that when im around -8 lbs which would put me at 150 that I can shed some of this fat on my abdomen. Ive used natadrol and thats pretty much what im going to judge Pink Magic against now that Ive done some research. And no its not the same thing as natadrol but I think thats the only thing in the same category.
Ill be assessing Pink magic on :
Strength
Vascularity
Fat Loss
Muscle fullness
sex drive


and whatever else I notice special about it but from reading other peoples logs those are the main things I am expecting from the product.

DIET
Im going to be more than likely doing TKD 100 cho prewo and 40 post wo and thats all. I may stick to what I usually do which is 1 high carb day, 2 low-no carb day, and four moderate carb days but lower calories 350 to start since I will be increasing cardio. I havent decided which one Im going to do but I will be posting my diet/macros everyday so you guys will kno what I am doing.

Not gonna be using any Fat burners or anything like that jsut the same stuff Ive been using for the last 2 months.

This Log will officially start this weekend. I am getting bloodwork done on Thursday morning and will have starting T levels next week when I get the results . Im interested to see what effect it has on Test Levels. But I know that Higher Test doesnt mean higher gains in every case as proved by numerous test boosters that dont enhance gains.

Thanks for joining everyone and those of you running logs yourself I will be following aswell. I will start posting up my workouts without pink magic just so you can see the format I plan on using and to fix any clarity issues with it. I want to start this really bad , but bloodwork is on thursday so Ill start after that to see what effect pink magic has on test levels

Yeah i think its just a mix of allergies and i have a sore throat and headache. IVe been taking some anti-biotics so hopefully its an infection and not a virus.

Just took my first two caps and now im about to eat breakfast then hit the gym an hour or so after that. will post first update later when im back from school. I decided to not do keto but instead im going to cycle carbs and calories so that i end up in a slight deficit each week. Im hoping I can recomp a little bit but keep gaining strength. I was doing Fst-7 but i did that for awhile and it was burning me out so now im switching to P/RR/S (Power, rep range, shock)

Thoughts​

Nothing to report of course being the first day. When I saw the capsules I got sad because they looked like the Refresh capsules and that stuff was awesome with dominatp, you guys should release Refresh for like 19.99 a bottle Id buy it. Im eating 150 less carbs then I would normally be and ive increased fat to make up for those calories but today I ate 400 calories less than what I was eating and gaining about .5lbs per week so with the added cardio at night I should be somewhere around ~350 or so calories deficit. Im hoping for a recomp with strength gains so we will see.

I stepped on the scale and Im already down 3lbs which im sure is water but still seems a little to fast so im going to increase cals slightly and keep doing the same amoount of cardio. Everything felt kinda easy today I feel like I should have gone with heavier weights but at the same time after a set I would be out of breath but not really phased. Idk if its the pink already but if im getting strength gains already then thats awesome. I cant wait to have this stuff in full effect

**** YEAH! this stuff seems to be kicking in already. I felt like an animal today and blew through my workout. I was done in 40 minutes and was completely drenched in sweat. Im starting to get minor vascularity increase and my libido is sky high, probably as high as when I first discovered Porn :shocked: I decided to lower carbs even further and increase fats. Im actually at maintenance today but I wont be the rest of the week. I felt like I was losing weight to fast and even though Im already down ~5lbs from saturday I havent lost any strength and I actually am feeling Stronger.

I dont know whats going on at the gym it seems like theres an influx of fine ass women at the gym. Maybe Im just paying attention to it more because of the Pink magic. I know for sure that this pink magic is having an effect on libido, strength, agression and definately confidence. I hit three Prs and Idk i just feel different kinda that im the **** feeling, feelsgoodman. When I was doing Overhead presses this girl Ive never seen before was squating on the smith machine next to me and i was like damn this girl is fine. Theres a big mirror so I casually glanced at her when I was putting weight on the bar and she was just staring at me. Then as im doing my set she grabs some dumbells and starts doing lunges all the way over to where im at so I though to myself, I better talk to her. So I stopped what i was doing and talked to her and long story short I got her number and we went and got coffee a little while ago and we're supposed to go out this weekend idk where yet tho.
And yes that has to do with Pink magic because it has my swag on 100 trillion.


Oh And I tried 1 cap Oep and that **** is amazing no crash and no jitters just smooth sailing

Thoughts​

So I had alot of time on my hands today and I was browsing T-nations website to see how much their alpha Gpc was to compare prices and there was an article about some article called death march the naval special forces mile and it was walking a mile with bodyweight on a barbell on your shoulders but since I dont have a barbell I just put dumbells in my backpack , and the article they walked one mile but since I didnt have that much weight I walked 8 miles around town. took me 2hrs 15 minutes to walk 8 miles, I mapquested my route. Nothing new to report other than I feel really strong, and vascularity is increasing incrementally. I want to say my endurance is up but I cant say forsure but I really didnt think I was going to walk that far when i started.

I dont know how , well actually yeah pink magic, but it doesnt make sense. Like I get to the gym and I kinda feel weak since ive been on low carbs but then when im done with some warmup sets its like Im on a whole different level. I am thinking that Im going to go back to my normal bulking calorie level which is ~3600. I really want to see how strong I can get off this stuff and I think trying to recomp is selling myself short although I feel this is the perfect recomping product. Vascularity, strength and intensity even on low calories and low carbs, really cant ask for much more.

First day off pink magic and I feel just as good as the days that I have taken it so far so I dont think 1 day off Pink magic per week is going to hurt. Thoughts​

F*&K! the vascularity i get during workouts and after a dose of pink are sick. I have a new vein in my forearm that branches off from the main big one and its like all squigly , looks like a big worm in my arm; its pretty cool. My face broke out a little bit but not that bad just like 2 - 3. I want to keep shooting for PRs every workout but when I try to go for PRs every week I usually end up burned out in a month so im going to stick with the routine I planned and try to keep reps higher this week then last week.

My weight is still at 148 but even though im down 7 lbs since the start of this log all my lifts are feeling incredibly easy this week. I decided to cut out cardio twice a day and just do it one time per day and keep calories the same. I dont want to lose anymore weight but I do want to lose fat and at the rate I was losing weight I am going to assume that I would have sacrificed muscle and im not willing to do that, So if my weight keeps going down Im just gonna say F the recomp/cut and just go back to ~350 cals over maintenance

Thoughts​


So i got to use a fat bar/thick bar , whatever their called; and I decided to buy some tyler grips since I dont have money or space to have a barbell.
z'omg the pumps today were unreal, my forearms were so veiny, I even had a vein in my chest popping out of my skin. I really wanted to try to recomp but while Im getting alot of definition and vascularity I feel like my strength is going to dip, it hasnt yet and although I have increased weights on some lifts Im a little worried about losing strength so Im going to add another 100-150 cals from fats to see If that will be enough, I definately feel like Im in a deficit because Im starving all the time but I think its just from being low carb aswell. So far Im truly impressed with Pink Magic , and it keeps getting better and better as each day goes by.

Honestly Ive never really felt anything from anything non hormonal besides IBE Formex but still thats hormonal to some people. But as far as pink magic , everytime Im doing a set and I get to the point were Im fatigued and want to quit , especially today, I just hold the rep fully extended and think to my self that I have another rep and I always get to an even number thats 2-4 reps higher than I thought that I could. I think its great that a natural supplement is having this much effect on drive, aggresion and mental toughness. I am hoping that this gets released soon so everyone can experience what im talking about.

Thoughts​


I was completely Stoked this morning when I went to open up a new container of BCAAs I couldnt find it so I had to dig around my closet and in the bottom of a box I have my supplements in I found half a Tub of Dominatp that I never finished. I was soo happy I found it because that stuff was the best for cardio , and weights too, double dose was awesome pump wise. But it is really good for endurance and it really helped me get through some tough cardio. Morning Fasted Cardio was hills at a park around ~3.5 miles away from my house. I did around 25 100-150 yd sprints on a dirt hill that curves and has a huge incline probably around ~30 degrees im guessing maybe more , and also jogged to and from the park. My quads were pumped to the max from the hills and now i have new veins coming out of my legs which is pretty cool.
Pink magic is definately in full effect and Im lovin it being on a calorie deficit and still maintaining/increasing my strength and endurance.

carb up today and im soo happy I was dragging ass but some how I blew through my workout in 75 minutes ,not including cardio. Strength is still staying strong and im stoked and the definition thats coming through is really encouraging me to finish this log cutting all out. and thats what Ive decided to do for the next 2-3 weeks however long this log lasts. I may add in Vat attack, 1G TTA, and RK-500 , and PLCAR because im not a fan of heavy stims and i would like to lean out a tad before my cycle. Ive began taking Recompadrol again and im going to keep taking 2-3 caps per day with minimal carb only green veggies and Sizeon intra or Post. Ive got high hopes so Im just gonna bust my ass in the gym and see what happens/

End of My second week of pink magic , bodyfat is down .5-1 % from starting and ive lost 7 lbs which i am not happy about but strength is still holding strong although by the end of the week Im drained from so little carb. Hopefully I can make the full switch to Ketosis so that im not dragging ass. Workouts havent suffered one bit so Im attributing that to the Pink

I decided to switch it up and do chest on monday instead of wednesday this week. I think Ill be able to increase volume on Shoulder day since chest wont be sore. I am at the same weight but ive lost 1 inch of my waist so im hoping that will continue to go down until the end of this log

Pink magic is really allowing me to keep my strength and hitting strength PRs and REP PRs while staying low carb and eating a 500 calorie deficit and doing a ton of cardio. I dont think I would be progressing as fast in regard to losing fat if i wasnt on pink magic.

even though doing an all arm day isnt as challenging as compound movements doing a total 20 sets in ~40 minutes makes it really difficult especially running on no carbs. Im starting to get more vascular and some definition but its kinda like i dont want to get any smaller. This product has been great so far in allowing me to keep my strength and If I were to cut again not on aas i would definately use it but I feel it would really show how powerfull it is on a bulk. It definately does have a nutrient partitioning effect because when I do eat carbs and take PM prior to doing so I have a nice full body pump. I still am feeling full and not deflated so im pretty surprised by that.

Took all my finals today and im glad they are over now i can just lift and sleep for a couple weeks

**** is getting tough to finish workouts on a calorie deficit. I didnt think it would be this damn tough. I will say that I am extremely surprised at how fast my recovery is. Still gaining strength which is incredible as i keep seeing fat loss each day. Dont want to lose any more weight so may Have to up calories from fat but Ill stay at 2800 for a few days to see how it goes.
