GOALS WHILE ON PINK
Ive been bulking for 13 months straight and If you dont know me and youre thinking well how the hell are you still 155 lbs then check my first log/journal thing here and youll see that I was 80lbs when I got out of the hospital and didnt try to lift anything until I was 100lbs so recap 1 year and 75lbs later brings me to this sponsored log. Inevitably even with an ultra clean diet I obviously gained some fat. Not too much but unfortunately it all goes straight to my stomach which isnt too cool. Its probably due to cortisol mostly because as i said I really only have fat on the center of my stomach. So Im going to attempt my first cut/recomp while on the pink so that I dont lose any of my strength. Im planning on doing cardio 8-9 times a week and both seperate and after lifting just depends on the day. Im hoping that when im around -8 lbs which would put me at 150 that I can shed some of this fat on my abdomen. Ive used natadrol and thats pretty much what im going to judge Pink Magic against now that Ive done some research. And no its not the same thing as natadrol but I think thats the only thing in the same category.
Ill be assessing Pink magic on :
Strength
Vascularity
Fat Loss
Muscle fullness
sex drive
and whatever else I notice special about it but from reading other peoples logs those are the main things I am expecting from the product.
DIET
Im going to be more than likely doing TKD 100 cho prewo and 40 post wo and thats all. I may stick to what I usually do which is 1 high carb day, 2 low-no carb day, and four moderate carb days but lower calories 350 to start since I will be increasing cardio. I havent decided which one Im going to do but I will be posting my diet/macros everyday so you guys will kno what I am doing.

This Log will officially start this weekend. I am getting bloodwork done on Thursday morning and will have starting T levels next week when I get the results . Im interested to see what effect it has on Test Levels. But I know that Higher Test doesnt mean higher gains in every case as proved by numerous test boosters that dont enhance gains.
