    Pre Workout: 1 Scoop ASGT, 3 scoops LG Sciences BC+EAA's and 6g Glutamine throughout workout.

    Post Workout: 40g Whey


    Pre Workout: 1 scoop ASGT, 3 scoops of BC+EAA's and 6g Glutamine
    Cardio/Abs:

    1 mile

    Pull ups:

    Push Ups:
    20x20x20

    Sit ups:

    Planks:
    30x30x30 seconds

    Cross Crunches:

    Post Workout:20g whey

    Was a Great workout today. Really happy with my squats because I havent done heavy weighted squats in a while.

  4. I dont notice to much of a pump, I did arms today also,(gonna update my log in a bit) and just had some minor pumpage although it is cold out, that might have something to do with it dunno.
    But ya give ASGT a shot its cheap as hell and its pretty damn good.

    Ya I have been doing 3 a day also but I didnt do the first week at only 2, Did the first day at 2 then went to 3 a day. I'd say I got like 2 weeks worth left but still haha
