I started my first day of cutting today after bulking through the winter. A little bit of background on me, I just turned 21 , been lifting for 6 years(2 years serious) I'm 5'9'' 185lbs. I'm training with my friend lilnardey in his garage.
My lifting routine will be as follows:
Day1- Chest/ Tris
Day2-Back/Bis
Day3-Cardio/Abs
Day4-Legs
Day5-Cardio/Abs
Day6-Shoulders/Traps
Day7-OFF
I might throw in cardio on a lifting day also if I feel.
3-4 exercises each muscle group, 3 sets, RP(rest pause) on some days.
Supplements I will be using are:
Whey Protein
Glutamine
Creatine
Fish Oil
Multi
Alpha-T2 - as dosed on instructions.
Vasocharge
ASGT

Pre workout: 1 hour before 1 Alpha T-2, then 15 min later 20g whey protein, 30 min before Vasocharge, and 5g Creatine. My ASGT is still in the mail but should be here today for tomorrows workout !

Tricep Push Down:

Post workout: 5g Creatine, 40g Whey protein
Had a killer workout, intense pumps and great focus today. I decided to go do cardio also.

60 sit ups
