Same weight down .5 on the waist means about 2 lbs up lean mass at the expense of 2 lbs of fat. I would say that is very significant'....

    Day 9

I've been having a really good day today, lots of good news, and a great workout to add.

    The Workout
    Inc BB Press (35deg) 275x6,6,5
    Inc BB Press (15deg) 275x6,5,4
    Inc BB Press (15deg) Rest-Pause Style 245x10/8/1
*I was really flowing through on this rest-pause, but the last set, it just hit me and that 1 rep was quite hard to press up. I didn't note last time, that on my final rep of my last back/chest workout, the barbell bottomed out and my suicide bars were set too low. I had a fun time rolling that weight off

    BB Rows 275x7,7,6
    Rev BB Rows 275x7,6,6
    Rack Chins Rest Pause +50x12/10/8/6

    Noted Factors:
    5 * rating: *= wtf, *****=dude you gotta get a bottle
Strength: *****, Well, I will be upping the weight on BB Rows as my form is pretty damn stellar on the exercise and I'm getting a slight pause at peak contraction. Really loving this run, it's kicked in rather early IMO, I'll take it
Vascularity: **** Up slightly, I'm very excite! (borat voice)
Leanness/Recomp: *** With eating a bit more "structured" I'm loving the recomp effects.
Libido: *** Up to a 3 at this point, but with the strength going up, I'm not going to say this is a complaint at all. It'll come with time, I have been really tired lately. Maybe it's time to add in a little somni during the week.
Pump Effects (from glycobol on its own): I took 1 pill and was left with a slight headache. I don't like too many carbs at breakfast, usually 45-50, and I'm set, maybe I'll go for 2 packets of Oats tomorrow, we'll see.

Eviscerate:**** I'm still enjoying this one, the burn gets real intense if I leave my ab belt on too long. I use it to "heat up" quicker, then once it's hot I take off the belt.

Tomorrow is shoulders/arms, I may go for a DB Upright version tomorrow as my BB Uprights are getting a little stagnant.

Thanks, I felt so too. I'm hoping to get to a 32-32.5 where I usually am, and aiming to keep this weight. I can still see my abs at this point, so it's not pure fat, but I'm a little thicker than usual.

    Day 10
I can't believe its day 10 already, the days are moving right along, I'm roughly 1/4 the way through this (as long as my calculations are right *nerd*). I'll be reducing my post-workout carbs and upping my bcaa's slightly. Before it was 10g BCAA's, 25g Vitargo. Now it'll be 15g BCAA's, and we'll see if any further recomp can be noted from this.

    The Workout
    Seated BB Military 225x7,6,6
DB Upright Rows 60sx9,9,8 (I start with them in front of my thighs, nearly touching, and bring them wide, almost to lateral raise width, kind of a hybrid)
Behind Back DB Uprights (Rest-Pause Style) 60sx10/8/8/6

    Rev BB Curl 115x9,7
    DB Curls 40sx9,8,7
*Arms real fatigued at this point, I really pushed to get more reps out of the first two exercises. Some would say push past here, but once strength starts declining, ego shouldn't get in the way.

    Light Tris:
    Straight Bar Inc Skulls 115x13/11/8

    Noted Factors:
    5 * rating: *= wtf, *****=dude you gotta get a bottle
Strength: *****, Only day 10, reps are increasing by at least one on nearly every lift, and with each workout, so we've beyond reached the "Dude you gotta get a bottle" point
Vascularity: **** So, the lighting in my basement made me feel like a freak, I have flourescent overhead lighting, and it creates that nice contrast, and with that special vein I'm working on getting to become fuller, ooooooooooooh what a rush!
Leanness/Recomp: **** Lil Abby Dominals popped in today, lookin a little better, I shoulda added f-in shred ultra to the mix
    Libido: *** Still slightly up
Pump Effects (from glycobol on its own):***.5 I've found a little honey in the oats makes a world of difference FOR ME. This added a nice bit of fullness to me, will continue. I used roughly 1 tbsp over 2 slices of toast (so 1tbsp in total). Along with 1 packet oats and several egg whites with 2 yolks

Eviscerate:***** I Love the burn, what else can I say

Wow looks like you doubled your normal carb intake then huh? I see about 80 grams of carb there. No wonder the pump was better.

    Day 11
Well, there has been a lot that has gone on today, some good, some still unknown (My prayers go out to you and your family, to others thank God for your health and family).

The workout was hard to get through, but I made it through, and it was way up then leveled right off.

    The Workout
Front Squats 225x12*,10,9 *New PR, tmk
BB Squats 315x6,7* *New PR, also tmk
    Soloflex Leg Press 280x18,16
Legs were spent at this point

Hammies will be done tomorrow, hopefully early am

I did hit some PR's on sets, but my legs gassed fairly quick IMO, it took a good minute to get to 16 on my leg press.

    Noted Factors:
    5 * rating: *= wtf, *****=dude you gotta get a bottle
Strength: *****, I'm aiming for 315x12 within this log, and the stack WILL get me there, esp based on gaining 1 rep per workout
Vascularity: ****.5 Some veinage on the inner thigh, not really pokin through, but raised slightly, I'll take it
Leanness/Recomp: **** This will remain until my next weigh-in which should be good as I'm feeling rather lean
    Libido: *** hmmmmmmm

Eviscerate: ***** This sh*t BURNS, I had to shower right after my workout (seems obvious to some, but I like the eviscerate to stay on for a bit), and I tried to rinse it off, but hot skin + hot water= BURNING

So, my wrist is a little tweaked, exaggerated supination makes it hurt pretty bad, good thing tomorrow is finally a SCHEDULED off day.

I didn't end up doing hammies. I don't have the right equipment to do decent leg curls, and my wraps kill my wrists and so does holding the bar.
I've done ok and dealt with the pain on most lifts, I will update them, but I found out today, I'm jobless friday, so it's been rough goin.

I'll update soon though, I'm NOT stopping this log

Sorry to hear that. At least they gave you a little notice. I got laid off around this time last year. They waited til Friday around 3pm, called me into the office, and then escorted me out

Best of luck and keep your chin up. I ended up finding a job in a completely different field and I actually really enjoy going to work now!

    Day 12-18
This entire weeks should go down as the worst week of my life, between job, a person I knew going missing, and then closing the gym, wow....

I don't have much to say other than being embarassed that I let this create a whirlwind of ****. I won't be posting the workouts, i apologize, but they weren't much to speak of including todays workout which somehow my bench went down by about 3 reps on inc bench so I did mega drops and called it good.

    The Workout
Craziness, the good thing is I did get a cable crossover tower (quite old) that I need to do a little work on but each stack is either 150 or 180, can't remember, I believe 150, only bad thing is it'll be a garage thing vs in my basement, have to get someone to shave the frame and guiderails down to fit in my basement, need about 4 inches down (never thought I'd say that)

    Noted Factors:
    5 * rating: *= wtf, *****=dude you gotta get a bottle
Strength: ***, down for now, attitude lift is necessary for tomorrow, and I'm setting up the crossover with my newfound free time so bi's and tri's will be phenomenal
Vascularity: ****.5 so so, haven't shaved in a bit so I'm between man and trimmed beast.
    Leanness/Recomp: ****.5 A bit better now
    Libido: **** Rising

Eviscerate: ***** I find this doesn't really burn if you don't get warm enough, very interesting, it's heated activate.

    Wrist still slightly tweaked...
hopefully life is on the rise once I can get things settled, being done with work will be somewhat settling, even though I'll be struggling a little, but we make do with what the Lord provides.

It is not the success we have but the times we get up when life knocks us down that makes us champions.

If every one were to quit after getting knocked down there would be no winners.

A quitter never wins and a winner never quits.

    Day 19
Well, I've decided to slowly transition some moves to DB movements. I pretty much did a solid DB workout today, and it went, so so.

I'm nervous to weigh myself, as all of the work issues left me thinking of that and less on food, so we'll see what happens.

    Onto the workout!

    The Workout
    DB Shoulder Press 75sx12x3
    DB Uprights 75s x 8,7,7
    DB Behind Back Uprights 75s x 14/12/10/8

*big flippin wrist issue, it felt broke, so... here's what I do, I used a wrist wrap and locked that in, then before each set I strapped up my straps around my wrist as well, I have the harbinger ones that velcro around the wrist, and damn near cut off all circulation but it worked, carrying on...

DB Hammers 75s x 5,4 (I got a little lazy but it actually went well and I knew to stop before I started swinging)
    Rev BB Curl 85x8,8
    BB Curl 85x10,8

No tricep moves, I wanted to get my cable crossover setup, but due to my father in law leaving up fence posts and then leaving the chain link rolls in my garage (for 10 months now ) I have to move those and situate a little, save it for another day...

    Noted Factors:
    5 * rating: *= wtf, *****=dude you gotta get a bottle
Strength: **** back up a point especially after the hammers, I do recommend getting this stack already, but for the sake of keepin it "rill" I gotta keep the point system accurate as my strength is down slightly, due to my own issues though
Vascularity: ****.5 so so, haven't shaved in a bit so I'm between man and trimmed beast, still not shaved down, my arms look fugly with half grown arm hair, I did shave my face though, I'm no tom hanks in cast away
Leanness/Recomp: ***** This gets a full point as I am leaner now
Libido: ****.5 It took a little bit, but I did run a natadrol log which has the potential to be slightly suppressive (especially if it requires a mild pct)

Eviscerate: ***** How is the heat less intense as I get leaner, before it was so damn intense around my belly button it was crazy, oh well, all good, solid product here as well.

    OFF DAY!

    Day 20
OFF DAY, demo stuff plus driving = bad workout, so today is off

    Day 21 is legs
