    IMPORTANT NOTES:

    This log is around 50% copy paste from another board, so be aware the first 20 something posts are old, and transferred over. I moved this log due to some business related issues with BB.com, and all the drama going on over there. I have lurked these boards for around 5 years, and now intend to make this my new forum home. Thanks for reading... lets get to it.


    About Me:
    Been training for 5+ years now, very seriously with intention of competing in near future. Diet is extremely solid, motivation is always high. I strive to make each time I go to the gym as horrifying as possible, and never do the same routine twice. Right now about a month into my cut, started from 238 and worked down to 222, mostly water. Looking to cut through this cycles end, and hopefully be around 210-215 at less than 10%.

    Right now Im unemployed, laid off as of last Thursday (1/22). I saved up all my vacation time for over 8 years of working (3 weeks a year), I only took off around 5 days in that time for my wedding. I walked away with 109 vacation days, plenty so I dont have to work for quite a while (still looking feverishly tho). Anyways, my recovery time should be excellent, and I plan on really taking care of myself this cycle.

    BTW, no PH/DS/AAS use. I know everything about running cycles/doses/etc, and thought about running Epi previously, but pussed out :P.

    Goal:
    Add mass, cut .5lb+ per week and retain lean mass.

    The Stack:
    • Natadrol- 2/2/2 with meals / PCT T-911 2x
    • AppNut HghUp 3xWake, 2x Bed
    • Omega Ultima (Pre W/O)/Omega Trinitine off days
    • Orange Triad - 6caps daily
    • Myofusion


    The Training:
    4 day split. Chest/Bis, Legs/abs, Shoulders/Tris, Back/calves
    Training in 6-8 rep range on big three and other compounds. I train according to how I feel that day, and vary every workout every week as much as I can. I work as hard as I can every time I go to the gym, I give everything I have to this lifestyle.

    Cardio:
    30min LISS, typically walk/jog with my dog, 4-5x weekly

    The Diet:
    3k cals: (will subtract cals as needed)
    Meal 1: 8 egg whites, 2 tbsp PB, oats (none on non w/o days_
    Meal 2: 2x Whey, 35+ Almonds
    Meal 3: 8-12oz Chicken, Almonds
    Meal 4: 8-12oz Chicken, Almonds
    Meal 5: (Preworkout) 1.5 cups Oats, 1x whey
    Meal 6: (Post W/o) 2x whey
    Meal 7: 8 egg whites, EVOO

    1-1.5 gal water daily

    Starting Stats:
    • Weight: 222 (will weigh again tomorrow morning)
    • Body Fat: about 12-14% (guesstimate)
    • Waist: 35
    • Chest: 49
    • Arms: 18.75 (both)
    • Quad: 28
    • Calves: 17
    • Neck: 18

    Impressions:
    Extreme pump after squats, better than normal. Energy level was high, weight felt easy and very controlled. After extensions had to take a 3-4 min break pump was so intense. I gave up stims about 3 months ago and I swear its changed my life. Every day the pumps get gnarlier and hopefully this stack will help even more.

    Unemployment sucks, feel like a lazy ass - but its really nice on the soreness, aches and pains. Only been a week and I feel so rested now, got out of a really really terrible job with a bunch of cash and almost no bills so stress went from 11/10 to 1/10. Ive got enough $$ to make it 9 months without working and w/o collecting unemployment, so hopefully I can find something I want to do in that time. But in the meantime, I am 110% on target to get cut as eff, cuz I got nothing else better to do :P

    Impressions:
    Decided to try something I saw a week or so ago, single leg stiff legged Dl's. Leg not targeted is up on the toe for stability, other is flat. I can say without a doubt, this is the single toughest lift I have ever done, period . I dont know if it is because I did them at the end or what, but they target the hams HARD.

    As far as the ND goes, still great pump, noticeably the most on leg day. My legs were jumping as I was trying to shift my truck. Weight is up a little again, leaner looking as well. I am extremely thirsty all the time, and sweating is noticeably increased. Back is much more sore than usual from Monday however.

    I got a bucket of SizeOn PreContest that will be replacing Ultima for the next month, as I feel like running an intra workout for a while. I ran SizeOn Max about 3 months ago and loved it, so I am hoping P.C. is just as good. Gonna drop about 120 cals (from carbs) off the diet either tomorrow or Fri, half my morning oats.

    I have so many supps in my cabinet right now its insane. Before I lost my job I got a rebate check from a car I was leasing and my wife let me blow it on supps Today I got 12 tubs of Myofusion and 5 bottles of Orange Triad in the mail Stocked up for the rainy day, and it came.

    Skipped Vegas since its raining up in LA, plus realtor couldnt show the damn house today anyway. Good workout, bench feels like its getting easier. Have trouble going heavy on bb bench, right wrist is bad (torn ligaments in 2000). 315 is the breaking point for my wrist w/o wrapping, so i need to invest i suppose.

    Tomorrow I'll give my 7th workout impressions (dont like to do em by week :P), I think this stuff is really starting to fire up.

    Dropped 150 cals today, now taking in around 50g of carbs daily, may go full CHA for a while. Had two bad days with two small cheat meals. Unemployment is getting to me, but I think im back on track now. Gonna do carb refeed every 5 days. Great pump again today, shoulders seem rounder and popping more since beginning of cycle. Chest vascularity is way up, as well as forearms/bis. Legs seem to be holding some water. Bad headache today, and neck is sore (had probs w/ neck a month or two ago, so went higher reps today instead of super heavy).

    Noticeable Changes...

    • Increased pump. Definite increase in pump, especially on leg day, and length of pump. Feel fuller, longer.
    • Slight increase in vascularity. Forearm, chest, bicep vascularity is up. Some ab vascularity towards top.
    • Increase in weight, decrease in BF %. Weight is up one pound, while BF steadily on decrease.
    • Very, very hungry. Didnt hit until 3 days ago, but appetite is up big time. Needed refeed/cheat and did the damn thing.


    Diet Changes...

    Dropped 150 cals today, now at 50g of carbs daily. Will do a refeed every 5-7 days as needed. Looking to run full CHA for a minimum of 8 weeks (last 4 of Natadrol and PCT) all clean eating.

    Using Ultima half dosed alongside Sizeon Pre/Contest for intraworkout, to help spare muscle through cardio/less carbs.

    Great pump yet again, ran out of steam for back so did some pump up bi/forearm work. Doing deads every other week right now, just to maintain. Ran Smolov for deads about 3 mos ago and made my way up to 445*8 for two sets, best gym single no straps no belt 565. Had mad CNS exhaustion towards the end, was massively overtrained and had to drop deads for 3 weeks. Now I just want to keep in the groove until I run the program again when I decide to bulk.

    Notes on ND...
    Seems to be causing oily skin on face, some breakout (and I usually am not susceptible to acne/zits). Mad thirsty, ultra hungry. Water retention seems up and down, some days very dry looking, others very flat. Seems to be helping with strength, as lifts feel easier and are on the incline. Usually at this point during a cut strength seems to disappear for me, but everything feels the same or better on ND.

    Excellent squat day for once. Alternated from 5x5 to 8,8,6,6 this week and got a great final 6 rep (345). Ive always had trouble getting the weight to go up in squats, but this cycle is kicking my ass in gear apparently. I would love to get up to my best 6 rep again (385*6 @ 240 whilst bulking hard about a year ago). I think my abs are the week link in squats, and ive been training them on off days (twice a week) to see if it helps.

    Ended off with twenty rep death hack squats for 3 sets 3PPS. Awesomely intense, legs were quivering. Some chick thats a trainer came and stared at me with her client while i was doing them, dripping sweat everywhere. They were talking to each other quietly about needing the machine and mustve decided **** it they didnt want to make me talk let alone move so they left.

    Gonna go get some carbs for my refeed tonight, need them bad - look flat as hell. Scale weight was about 220 this morning. Right on track. Top four abs are quite visible now w/o flexing, more delt/tri separation coming through. Waist is slowly decreasing, around my belly button its just a hair over 32, where i wear my pants on hips its about 34.75 or so. Arms are the same, and after the carb up should be really close to 19.

    Impressions:
    Felt good, great pump. Pump is awesome with 8 caps, noticable difference for sure. Carbed up last night, had some white rice and some wok'd chicken+veggies, was sooooo awesome. Made a honey sauce for the chicken that was good and healthy for a carb up, tasted like orange chicken from Panda. Weight is hovering around 219-220 still, and I appear to still be leaning out. I may up the cardio a little bit, maybe 25 mins.

    Unemployment has some perks, been watching the food network and cooking quite a bit. My chicken is so much more bearable after applying some actual cooking skill to them. No extra cals, just more effort and it tastes like something bad for me :P

    First bottle down, two to go! I have never, ever, ever been this strong on a cut. I am digging the ND!!! 110s DB Press with no spot (usually dont but gym was very dead), got 8 which I usually what I get with help on the last 3-4. Felt great. Stamina was thru the roof, didnt get tired at all. Scale weight still holding, now @ 0 direct carbs daily. Refeeds will be each Saturday, planning on 1000 cal refeeds (no cheat meal, clean food). These last 30 days I will kick it into high gear, more supersets/drop sets etc, then first week of PCT deload. I LOVE THIS STUFF

    Impressions:
    Scale weight still holding steady @ 219-220, but looking leaner everyday. Set two very huge PRs today. OH BB Rows with strict form (strapped however), couldve had 405 for 6 if I skipped the lighter sets today, was absolutely motivated and pumped up. Today is the end of the third week, and I can definitely say Natadrol is without a doubt for real. Never been this strong on a cut for sure, and cannot wait to see the end result.

    Felt ruined going in today, two nights of bad sleep are catching up. Our walls are paper thin and our neighbors argue every single night as loud as humanly possible, but last night was an exceptionally loud one. Cant wait till I move and get a house.

    Anyways, good day with some Rest pause/drop set thrown in for extra hellfire. Was tired like I said, but got it done with good intensity, burnt out fast though. Kicking the cardio up for a while, mainly to kill some time. Top four abs looking good, decent pop. Lower gut still needs to get gone, got about an inch of skin I can pinch, but only right below the belly button. Its getting very soft, which usually means its about to fly off. I have a lot of loose skin from when I initially lost a lot of fat, so I takes a while for that area and my inner arms to really pop.

    Considering running a PH now, ND is bringing me over to the dark side

    Great DB Press today. Strongest Ive been since end of last bulk, and actually the 125*13 is a PR. Got it with no assist, got #14 but had some bigtime help, didnt really count. Two big fun dropsets today, mucho burn. Ramped the cardio up to 30 (will not go any higher, now it comes from diet), diet is the same. May drop 100 cals in a week, depending on where my waist is at.

    Seems like I had a big fat loss day today, was kinda weird. Woke up and waist was tight, looked very dry and vascular. Seems like remaining fat is very very soft, so hopefully it all gets up and out of here soon. I think today is about halfway through the cycle, and I think its really doing its job. Joints are getting rather sore, esp elbows. Hopefully not a side of ND, just harder work.

    I placed an order today for some H-Drol (PP's Turinabol LV), gonna run my first PH next time around (in about three months, already have pharma SERM on hand from when I considered Epistane/Havoc, as well as support supps). I honestly believe Ive gotten quite far towards my potential, and want to get much further than I am now. Ive been carefully considering this for about a year now, and I believe I am ready.     Starting Stats ... New Stats
    • Weight: 222 , 218
    • Body Fat: about 14% , 11%, maybe mid-high 10s (i have ****ty digital calipers that do a five point analysis, says im at 8.5% which is BS. Going off of looks and measurements.)
    • Waist (at where pants ride): 35 , 34.25
    • Upper Waist (above belly button): Was 35, now 32
    • Chest: 49 , slight decrease
    • Arms: 18.75 , NC
    • Quad: 28 , 27.5
    • Calves: 17 , NC
    • Neck: 18 , NC
    • Shoulders: 56 , slight decrease


    Noticeable Changes...

    • Ever better pump in the gym. Seems effects are cumulative as they keep getting better.
    • Chest vascularity is insane, I'll try and snap a pic today. I usually only get vascular in one spot over my right shoulder when I get lower in BF, but my whole upper chest looks ready to blow. Arm vascularity is wayyyyy down though, kinda odd as this is usually the strong point of my cutting.
    • BF gradually decreasing, waist/hips going down while everything else is around the same (some minor decreases). Seems everyday right now a fat wipe occurs, and more definition appears.
    • Hungry, but not as bad as before.
    • Still bad sleep, not as horrible as before. Got about 3 good nights out of the last seven. Tried moving last dosage to 3 hours before bed and helped a little.
    • Pissing every five minutes (not really but feels like it)
    • Libido (and performance :P) like I was 16 again. Wife is very happy lately.


    Diet Changes...

    Now on full CHA/Keto, about 2750 cals W/O days, 2600 or so non W/O days. Doing refeeds/clean cheats every 7 days, typically a pile of brown rice and some beef.

    Cardio...

    Now doing 30 mins, 4-5x per week. Ramping up for end of cycle. Will not do more than 30 mins per session, changes now come from diet.

    Thoughts...

    Unemployment is kicking my ass. Diet was up and down for a couple of weeks, kept it mostly tight, except for a few small cheats/refeeds here and there. Biggest cheat was about half a pint of Ben and Jerrys after some brown rice and beef stir fry (homemade however, so was very clean). I think Im back on track now however, and getting it done.

    My lifts are stronger than they have ever been this far into a serious cut. BP and Squat have actually gone up, and other lifts are either holding strong or adding a bit. Energy is nuts in the gym, dont get tired at all, ready to destroy. My wife has noticed serious improvements in my lifts and physique as well.(shes usually my spotter, and she kicks ass. she can spot me on last three reps for any weight I do and I never have to worry, strong ass girl).

    Like I said, Im going to try extremely hard to get a blood test near the end of this cycle, money permitting. Id also like to have one done before I do Hdrol, just to make sure everything is in check. I may be getting a BodPod session as well, as I plan on continuing the cut after this cycle is over. I want to get to really close to 8% this time around, and maybe even compete towards the middle of summer (few shows locally, or in Vegas).

    Impressions:
    Deads are holding steady, glad to just maintain while taking a break from going heavy. Reverse grip rows were the ticket today, hit the form solid and got a great pump. Felt very wide today, sweating buckets.

    Weight is 218 still. Looking leaner as days go by. Had a great refeed last night, more cals than I shouldve, but woke up looking full. Had some bloat and gastro problems last 3 days, think its from being nervous about finances/moving soon. Wish I still had my Gut Health my fav product ever. Anyways, sleep has improved - i think the HGHup was the cause. As soon as I went 5 before bed my sleep slowly decreased in quality to near insomnia. Last two nights dosed at the original recommendations, sleep improved immmmmmmmensely. Anyways today is four weeks on the Natadrol, feeling good as ever.

    Dont have that "On" feeling anymore, just great pumps and leaning out/adding lean mass, cant ask for much more from a non PH/DS. Got my Turinabol LV today for my first ever PH, gotta get some other stuff and Ill be ready to run in May or so....

    Picture from around a 4-5 days ago, cant see extremely well as the lighting in my house is terrible but top 4 are popping thru quite nicely, and chest vascularity is great...

    Impressions:
    Really tired today, which sucks because my sleep is super improved (over normal even) since moving the HGHUp to the morning instead of before bed. Felt great going into squats, but on the 5th rep of 275 paused out and felt like I was falling forward, then my right shoe exploded. So the rest of the squats were barefoot and I couldnt get that great of drive. Zerchers were a good change, felt easy, minus the inside of my elbow getting thrashed.

    Weight still holding steady, and my legs keep looking better everyday. Waist is down a bit again, but kind of bloated for the last few days. Been having weird stomach/digestive issues. Trying a probiotic/enzymes for a few days to see if it helps. I think its this batch of chicken I cooked up, too much garlic or something. Smells like hell in my house half the day because of my toxin eruptions.

    hehe, I know that problem. There is nothing guaranteed to upset your girl more than 'stomach' issues.

    As you are running Natadrol at 6 tabs a day are you intending to run it for 40 days and then continue the HGHUp into PCT?

    Running Natadrol at 8 caps since week two, and pct is formadrol and leanxtreme.

    Discontinuing HGHUp today. Since I began it I had very mild digestive problems that have recently gotten terrible. (didnt pay much attn to it, always have messed up digestion). I didnt take it yesterday and felt better, and today I feel alright. It definitely caused my sleep issues (1.5 weeks of horrible insomnia, non restful sleep) because after switching to day dosage instead of all at night I was fine. But once I began the day dose the digestive problems got bad.

    I think the formula is very solid, but I dont think its for me.

    If I could compare it to anything... I did a 50 day cycle of Testabolan V2+Reversitol+Maxout about a 1.5 yrs ago while on a 5500 cal+ a day bulk. I had some awesome gains (around 12 lbs., as well as fat loss) and felt great on cycle. Natadrol is that cycle, times 2. The mass gains are not as severe, mostly because im cutting. But strength is high (gaining), and scale weight is staying around the same while dropping fat pretty fast. The libido/sexual effects are no comparison to anything Ive tried. Without all the details, I last a lot longer, am harder, and can go a few rounds. Im impressed with ND, and LG. Cant wait to try out the Formadrol for PCT as well, after reading the bloods.
