    Impressions:
    Day two of PCT, everything is great. Woke up with raging wood, took Formadrol, more raging wood. I got a free bottle of T-911, popped one of those bad boys before lifting, gave me a good energy, seemed like the pump was really good. Feelin good and wide, lat spread looks way bigger as the waist gets littler. My anniversary is on Thursday, gonna have a big cheat @ PF changs (got about 80 in gift cards :P). My refeeds have all been clean for quite a while, so a good dose of spicy chicken is in order.

  4. Chinese food treats me so well when on cycle with tren. I was killing this called Stir King. I would eat there like daily and I just kept getting bigger and leaner.

    i think PF Changs just goes in and out without sticking due to its awesomeness. i lost weight last time i ate there, and looked filled out (in a good way) the next day like no other. honestly if you get just the chicken/beef and some brown rice its not such a bad cheat/refeed as long as you dont go ape****.

  11. Man, idk wtf is wrong with me lately. Had about three days that were awesome with no GI issues, and then today was the nuclear holocaust. The only thing that changed is I pounded some olive oil with my chicken yesterday, and then in the afternoon had issues. Ive eliminated everything else (supps/food/water intake) that could be the cause. I think im getting enough fiber as well. Getting sick of the GI issues, gotta figure it out.

    GI issues still. Last two-three days were awesome, then I added back in some olive oil yesterday and everything went to **** (yes pun). So Im pulling out the EVOO and Im gonna pick up some psyllium for some extra fiber to see if it helps. Apparently my body hates keto.

    Anyways, the Formadrol feels like Im still on Natadrol, which is great. Strength is about the same, weight was down to 215 this morning. I think I look leaner every day now, but these damn GI issues are bloating me up some. On a side note, I love the T-911 before lifting, great pump and energy, but it makes my mouth numb. I looked around and others are saying the same thing, but its weird.

    yeah its good stuff. good energy for liftin... the combo of formadrol+t911 has my libido skyrocketing - wake up with wood every day/pop random as well. fun. should be good for anniversary tonite :P

    GI **** is OVER!!! I believe I am now allergic to peanut butter/peanuts however, but **** it id rather be cool than have the threat of mudbutt. Now im back on track and feel great. DInner last night was carb fiesta, ate about 3 cups of brown rice and some lettuce wraps and mongo beef. Didnt get stuffed, but it was awesome.

    Formadrol is the ****. Even better libido, morning wood, random wood, sex drive etc on this stuff. The dryness is over since getting off ND, joints feel better. VEry oily skin though, but I never breakout so no issues there. T-911 is fun too, helps with the workout.

    Got me 3 bottles of Sizeon V2 in the deal of a lifetime from the three letter store, so I got a ton of intra now. Worked out to 13 dollars a bottle, I wish I had a couple hundred and I wouldve bought them out.

    Scale weight still @ 214 even after PF Changs... cheating doesnt do **** to me anymore on keto, which is awesome. Muscles look full and lean, and theres just a little fat left to go on my lower belly and then the big cuts will start poppin out. Cant wait.

    Felt good today, minus some GI stuff. Thought it was over, guess not. If its not solved by Monday might drop the Lean Xtreme (im sensitive to forskolin, usually not this bad though). Also, Ive got a pulled muscle in my left side oblique/ab area and its kicking my ass.

    Formadrol is working great, libido still high, lifts feel easy.

  17. Nice updates man, Formadrol Extreme is an e****lent product man, I have really enjoyed it the last 2 times used.

    I have not used it for CPT yet, but rather solo as a test booster, which always seems to lean me up and really helps my libido.

    yeah libido is much higher on Forma than ND. Seems to be working well enough, water weight is all over the place though. Seems like I fluctuate 2-3lbs a day on it whereas ND was pretty steady.

    BTW, got some psyllium and I think the GI problems are correcting now. Sucks because I pulled something in my left side oblique/abs and I cant tell if my gut is cool or what. Making noises like crazy, but im much more regular feeling now.
    Damn keto is like a science project.

    Impressions:
    Feelin good, great pump with T911. Formadrol has my libido off the chain, new favorite PCT product for sure. Scale weight a hair under 214, body fat (impedance measured) was at 10.1%. Top four abs looking awesome, vascularity appearing in lats, obliques, upper abs, quads. Chest vascularity is absolutely insane right now. Measurements other than hips/waist holding pretty steady, but gettin leaner. I figure about 4 more weeks and Ill be around 8.5-9%.

    Well you are certainly very well informed on PCT products then , so I think we can take your Formadrol Extreme observations VERY seriously. Any plans for blood tests after this PCT?

    BTW, hdrol for me was a pretty decent ride, good lean gains, around 14lbs I think, in fact there is a log of mine on here from that cycle. Very few sides and good pumps.

    The One from AN was about the best oral I hjave tried thus far. Epi was not very good for me, although I pulsed it, which didn't really help.

    I want to get bloods before hdrol, so there is a possibility of bloods at the end of this pct. Im really looking forward to my 1st run, got everything in order and running the safe route with PCT of course (nolva). I wanted to run Epi a while back, but I chickened out. Plus I wasnt at the point I needed it yet, and after months of research I decided to wait it out. Now Im ready for the big boy tools, we'll see how it goes...




  24. back shot from 1.5 weeks ago or so, trying to get some good pics but my wife uses her camera all the time and she keeps forgetting to leave it at home.

    still working on the lat spread, some reason i always lean my head too far forward, makes me look like i have no traps. this one shows traps a bit better but elbows are way too far back/pinching shoulders. needs work.



    i can do it in a mirror but cant pose for **** on the fly. theres a meet in about 12 weeks here locally, thinking about seeing where im at in 4 more weeks and maybe entering my first show for the experience. i believe id weigh about 205, and compete in novice, or juniors (dont know age limit, just says must be first contest). INBA- Southern California Natural Bodybuilding & Fitness Championships in Vista, ca... That or if im not ready I can do the Vegas Pro/Am about a month later. Ill be out there by then, just afraid moving may take its toll. Still very undecided, but Im taking up posing practice to harden up and get the movements down just in case.

    Impressions:
    Intense pump. Squats felt ****ty today. No balance as abs are messed up from GI issues of last week :P. Anyways new PR for 225 for reps, 26 reps w/o racking. Hurt like hell, buddy spotted me from 20 on, helping a lot on last two. Also bested on Extensions for 25 with full stack. Legs were so pumped my loose fitting pants were tight by the time cardio came up.

    Cutting is really starting to get to me. Part of me wants to keep going, another wants to bulk for a while since im still not working and can get some good grow time in. Seems like progress is still steady though, so Ill keep trucking and cut thru the end of this cycle. Refeed tomorrow, thank God. I need it bad. New calipers are in the mail with a whey order so I can get some accurate measurements this weekend. I believe today is the end of week 10 of cutting overall, so week 11 here we go.

    Good workout again. Went for more reps on 125s since we dont have any bigger ones. Formadrol is great, seems to work just as well as Natadrol.

    Gonna lift tomorrow, but may not be able to update for a while. Leaving for Vegas tomorrow night to go meet our home inspector this coming Monday. If that goes well we are in business. Anyways, the cut might get put on hold as I wont be able to dedicate as much of myself to it, might just switch to maintenance cals for a few days. Fat loss has definitely started to slow, and I need to decrease my cals to continue. Might just call it good this weekend, clean bulk for about 2 or 3 months and run H-drol in that time, then cut up for summer. I dont know havent decided yet, but being unemployed is really starting to eat at me, and I could be growing right now :P

  29. still out here, working off ****ty hotel wifi. diet is still in check, brought some canned tuna, whey, almond butter etc. Went to Golds Summerlin, pimp facility but still not a real hardcore place. first song walking in the door was miley cirus. kill. me. nao.

    anyways, staying a bit longer than expected, but having a good time, looking at another place now, much bigger than the first. home inspection turned up some minor issues in the place we were going to offer on but nothing that cant be fixed. my guest pass is good at all the Golds in the area, thinking about going to the one off the strip again. will update asap.
