  1. islandmagic Cre-02 Nitroceps and Carnage log can you feel Me


    I had to start today I was just could not wait!!!!! today was an off day but You know.... I will be back on track next week!!!! OMG the nitro and the Cre-02 + the Crange= Bad A$$ .. I dosed the Cre and the Nitro 1.5 hour before gym and 2 caps of Carnage 30min before gym!!!

    my workout plan:
    Islandmagic 5 reps of 15 sets and 20sec rest routine I will stay @ 80% of my 5 RM until I feel it is to easy then I will bumb up the weight.

    dosing AND MAY STACK
    Cre and Nitro 1.5 hours before the gym

    Crange is as follow
    on None workout days
    2caps AM 2 caps noon and 2 cap night

    Workout days 2 caps 30 min before workout and 2caps after workout with my protein ( combat)


    MVP 2 am and 2 noon

    ZMK night

    combat 3 tmes a day ( this includes my after workout drink)

    it will take me week to get my weight right, I am so dam tired right now!!!!
    TOday was so much fun... Sorry I can not think stright..

    Today was Chest!!!!!
    Bench 5reps/15
    175/ 5/reps7sets
    165/ 5reps/1sets
    155 5reps/2sets
    135/ 5reps/5sets pain

    Floor press 5/15
    175/ 5reps/2sets
    155 5reps/13sets

    DB Incline bench 5reps/15sets
    50 5/15 losing power

    Pushup no vest 15

    PS: I all most chucked

    if you did not read my post before this is a copy of what I stated for MST rep about Using Nitro below. also Can you please let me know what you think about my routine too please, I just want to test this stack with a good routine!

    doing 5/15 is a good way to show it is working right? Lets see if you can agree with me, 80% of mine 5RM this will require Strength to keep doing 5 reps plus it will also require me have great Endurance to complete 15 sets. Cre-02 will also help in this test too-- see what I am trying to do... My only Real concern is DOMS, Honestly the last time I did this I was crippled for a week No BS. I know all about post work supps but I have not found the one! I do drink Protien after my workout!

    So your question on my diet I eat clean all the time I make it a life style and not a once a month thing... below is what I eat today
    This my normal meal in a day( today)
    5am Shake
    6am 4 eaggs
    9am oatmeal
    11:30 lunch ( is allways left over from the night before)
    2 cups of vegs with steak side of brown and fruit

    1:00pm Pand J

    dinner @ 6pm chicken brown rice and2 cups broc fruits me eat now!

    Funny everyone says that to me hmmm I might have to bring more food then dam!! I forgot to say I have my shake in the noon time too, maybe ur right I might just bring some turkey and wheat bread to boot.. It just so hard for me to eat all day but I will give it a go..   11. its simple to see if your getting enough food....tally up ur calories and your macros


    If your bulking make sure its over BMR...if ur cutting below BMR and if ur just at maintenance then make sure ur getting BMR. Just cause it doesnt seem like a lot doesnt mean it isnt.

    like "gobig" just suggested, maybe hit up something like fitday.com and count your cals up for the day and see where you sit.

  13. for your macros i like a 35-35-30 split pro-carbs-fat.

    generally for males between 14-16xbw is about where your bmr is, dependent on metabolism/activity

    deuce had a good sugg with fitday and the big thing that wasnt listed was portion sizes, if these are higher, then food intake is probably sufficient

  17. if I took in 31g of saturated fat in a day i'd friggen explode....lol. Not to mention you've got to be pooping around 9 times a day with 100g of fiber. Thats intense brother.

    good call bnat....i didn't even think to ask for portion sizes before analyzing.

    I messed up a little This will not include my Shake... I did custome food for my shake and I fat finger a couple of things so I am just leaving it for now!!! THis becoming a pain but I am learning more about diet and have a better understanding!!! Please help!!!! sorry !!!

    I am as dumb as rock today!!! This was just my Break and lunch today I did not include my dinner also I eat 2 cups of mix fruits 2 servings of oatmeal.. My wife look @ my plan and ask what about dinner you ding dong!!!


    Dinner tonight to 2 8OZ of filetmigmon 1 large Potato and 2 cups of greens bean that is what the wife told me! OMG I do need help on my food intake!

    I felt real good in the gym doing my 5/15 routine... My Bi are so pump right now and my tri's are just beaming.... My dosing for the Cre-02 and Nitro is on point.

    I just need to be more consistant on my diet but i will get ther I am going to spend some time tonight to put a good plan togather. I do not think I can hold my hands up!

    Standing closed grip Ez curl

    75 5reps/15sets 20 sec rest

    Incline EZ tri nose breakers

    65 5reps\15 sets 20 sec rest

    Single preacher DB arm Curls

    35 5reps\15sets 20 sec rest

    Single cable tri press

    70 5reps\15reps

    Reverse pull Body 15reps

    Pump must have added an inch on ur arms!!! I like that arm routine...i may try it out one day for fun.
