I had to start today I was just could not wait!!!!! today was an off day but You know.... I will be back on track next week!!!! OMG the nitro and the Cre-02 + the Crange= Bad A$$ .. I dosed the Cre and the Nitro 1.5 hour before gym and 2 caps of Carnage 30min before gym!!!
my workout plan:
Islandmagic 5 reps of 15 sets and 20sec rest routine I will stay @ 80% of my 5 RM until I feel it is to easy then I will bumb up the weight.
dosing AND MAY STACK
Cre and Nitro 1.5 hours before the gym
Crange is as follow
on None workout days
2caps AM 2 caps noon and 2 cap night
Workout days 2 caps 30 min before workout and 2caps after workout with my protein ( combat)
MVP 2 am and 2 noon
ZMK night
combat 3 tmes a day ( this includes my after workout drink)
it will take me week to get my weight right, I am so dam tired right now!!!!
