Yo yo. Gonna be running TestoPro. Stuff looks good. I dig Divinal and I had nice results with Gbol which had Testofen, which is in this stuff. I have 2 days left (including today) of Prime and then will be starting this. It should arrive Tuesday or Wednesday. I'm hoping for some nice Strength/endurance/libido increases! I have been craving that test booster libido lately! I have been extremely busy with school and work that I just havent really been :hump: lately. So I could use the extra sexual aggression as well as some gym aggression! I am a pretty calm guy. So I dont get that aggrevated in the gym...unless there are douches around me. Hope to see my buds following along and keepn me company. Gonna be breaking some killer PRs here!
My goals: to shed some fat while increasing strength and size...always my goal :afro:. If I really keep my diet dialed in, I can loose some fat while increasing strength. So that is my plan here. I have been doing a little mini bulk for the last month. So I did put on some fat but not that much. It will come off in no time. I plan to add in more cardio. I'd love to do it 3x/week but my schedule just doesnt permit it. So I hope for at least 2x/week with a few bed cardio sessions :hump:.
My diet: I just transitioned over to lower carbs about 4 days ago. I was getting in around 400-500g carbs a day with as much pro as possible. I dropped it down to about 200-250g/day, while still keep pro high. Fats are moderate. Prime has helped me put away those 200-250g carbs in the last few days because my lifts have gone up and I have trimmed fat a hair. I'm expecting TPro to do some good things to my body comp. So I wont be changing my carbs just yet.
My training style:
I train DC. I love DC. I am making the best gains of my life with this routine. I've been using it for about 4 months now. So I have learned what works best and what doesnt. So far nothing doesnt work :18:. I do switch out some thing every once in a while. Like calves, I will do a russian calve session. I have been playing around with the schedule a bit too and seeing how that works for me. With DC, you train 3x/week. I have been feeling very powerful lately and almost like I need to push things further. So I tried doing a 4x/week thing. It really wipes me out but it has worked great for me.
For example - M, T off; W - a1; Th - b1; Fri - off; Sat - a2; Sun - b2, and so on. It really kills me but I see myself making great progress with it. Like I mentioned before, I can get overly busy. So this most likely won't happen too much. I think changing it every once in a while does good things tho.

Additional supps:
WMS - I am lowering the amount I use pre/intra w/o every session. I am trying to trim down. So I need to drop these carbs but I must ween myself off of it.
BA - I have been using 6g/workout.
Aminos - as much as I think I need. (usually around 10-20g day)
PeptoPro - 10g (part of the above #) I use this only on workout days.
200-300mg Caffeine (amount depending on if I had a light night)
These supps are staples and I know what they do for me. Any notable changes will be noticed with TPro.
