Omega and T-Force help AE to the platform

Hello everyone. I am back again to give my take on a supplement that was graciously given to me by Custom and the team at Omega. I will be logging T-Force for 30 days and giving my feelings on the following:
-increases in bench and squat
-changes in arm/waist/leg measurement
-changes in body weight
-changes in libido, erection frequency/quality
-changes in sleep
-changes in mood/assertiveness

Presently, I am in the process of a cut as I return to the platform for a bench press competition on 10/18. I currently weighed in (this afternoon) at 211lbs. The caveat to that is that I had just done 45 minutes of cardio and was soaking wet and fully dressed. I figured I am roughly 209lbs. I will be competing at 198lbs, and am hoping that T-Force will assist in keeping (and increasing hopefully) strength and I slowly deduct the last few lbs.

Here is what I am also taking:
Flex Rx (us older guys gotta help the joints)
EFA
Multi
Muscle Gauge WPI
Glutamine powder
CM powder

I currently lift 6 days a week (Tuesday is no lifting) as well as hitting cardio 2x per day during the cut, 7 days a week.

Being a teacher, I have had a great summer of training, and as the summer winds down, I am hopeful that T-force will continue to assist me as I make it to the competition. I will post pre (tomorrow) and post log pics.

Going along with the request from custom here are my current measurements (in inches):

Upper arms:16.75
Forearms: 14
Quads: 25.5 (sucks)
Calves: 16 (sucks again)
Waist: 35.5
Chest: 49

So there we go.... Tomorrow it begins, thanks for tagging along with me for what I hope is a very positive experience.

Final Review (9-16-09):
After my several weeks of t-force here are my thoughts

Strength
Even on a cut, my strength really exceeded my expectations. My weight dropped alittle during the course of the t-force run, however my strength slightly increased in particualr lifts, which is a plus

Pump
The pump was not really an overall issue at all. It was not something wehre I thought "wow, this is crazy". However, to me pump sort of works in line with strength. The stronger my workout the better the pump in essence.

Sides
The only side I saw was a slight increase in acne. Which is not an issue in my mind I am a high school teacher, so to me I fit right in :rofl:

Extras
The sexual part of this really was the true benefit. I have never had any real issue here, but this made me a walking animal in this regard. It got to the point where my wife actually wanted me to stop taking it. After 10 days here, watch the "f" out.

Final Thoughts
Would I buy again? Yes, and with the deal NP has run it is entirely worth it. I mean in reality, we all know we are not going to see PH gains from this, but for a natural product, and with fadogia starting to become more talked about, it is worth the run.

Shoulder day

Ok, here was my day at the gym

AM fasted cardio
50 minutes treadmill 15% incline 4.5mph

Shoulders:
Seated BB Press (6 sets) 250lbs 3 reps 225lbs 5 reps
BTN Press (6 sets) 185lbs 5 sets
BTB BB Shrugs (6 sets) 315lbs
Reverse peck deck (6 sets) 105lbs
Upright rows (5 sets) 135lbs

Felt nice and strong and my endurance was up. Quick thought, I took 2 doses of T-Force 1 am and 1 post lunch (pre w/o) and shortly after had bad headaches. Not sure if it is related but did want to mention it. Will be taking dose 3 shortly.

Also, I took pics this morning, and will upload later this evening

Back this afternoon for legs
 
Afternoon

I did a little cardio for a warmup botrh bike and treadmill for 10 minutes each
Please note, that with my leg workouts I dont go heavy and really try to focus on getting as deep as I can.

Legs:
Back Squat (6 sets) 225lbs 15reps
Front Squat (5 sets) 135lbs
Leg press (5 sets) 565lbs
BB Lunges (5 sets) 135lbs

Calves:
Leg Press Extensions (5 sets) same weights as leg press
Seated raises (5 sets) all sets over 20 reps 2 45's

Got a good pump, but bear in mind I f'n hate leg days. I feel good, as I said before the headaches no longer exist, so I would say it is safe to say that they are not related to T-Force. I will also note that had it not been for my cat last night I would have had a great sleep. I fell asleep with the tv on for the first time in a while.

I am hoping to get to try out the libido aspect of this tonight

also, sleep was phenomenal last night, very deep and only one wake up to pee. Additionally, got to test out the libido aspect of this last night, and was very pleased :)

Impressive start. Your seated overhead press has me quite jealous. And the fact that you're preparting for competition inspires much respect. :thumbsup:

Thanks man, I hit shoulders hard, I am getting ready for some chest and heavy tris right now. I am hopeful this thing is as good as advertised.

2 hand reverse pulldowns (5 sets) 110lbs

Hit the treadmill for 2nd cardio of the day, god I hate cutting

30 minutes 15% 4.5mph

Felt good, strong and had a nice pump.

thanks guys, I am trying to just continue to build strength, but at the same time really up my cardio.

I have loved hitting the CG bench right after flat, by the end I am friggin beat
 
had a bit of extended cardio this am. Had to drop my car off fromt he prior to school oil change, and had to walk 1/2 mile to the gym, then hit the treadmill for 47 minutes @ 15% 4.0-5.0mph. Then walked back to the mechanic.

Different but kind of fun none the less.

BTW, I slept like a rock last night. However I fell asleep in the bottom of the 8th of the Yankee game and when I woke up it was over :(, but I slept through a visit from my cat :)
 
Yep, no days off.

You should really start to notice it kicking in at around day 10.

the only reason i ask is because primal male (another fadogia product) states 5 on 2 off



i always believe that fadogia can be the next big thing if i can be carried transdermally for the increase in LH especially DURING the washout period and through PCT

Felt strong and was happy with my rack pulls and rows. Will be doing a weigh in tomorrow am on empty stomach to see where I stand.
 
Morning Cardio and Weigh in

Ok, T-Force's power of sleep is more powerful than expected. My wife told me the cat was all over the bed and I had no idea, in fact slept through the whole thing. Didnt wake up till 3am for a bathroom break then slept till 7am. :wow:

Weighed in this am at 209 fully dressed which is a hugh step in the right direction. Figure I must be around 207, and have till m id october to hit 198 :woohoo:

Cardio:
47 minutes 15% 4.2-5.0MPH

Will be back this afternoon for more cardio
 
Subbed, big time. I've been thinking of trying T-Force for a while, especially at my age - I'm thinking it would be a great addition. For now, I'll live vicareously.

WIll start to slow down the cardio as the weight is coming off quicker than I expected, and I dont want to lose too much strength
 
Insomnia to AM Cardio

Man, major sleep issues last night. After trying for a few hours, was finally asleep on the couch in my den with the friggin cat, only to wake up at 5am. Figured since I was up I would head over for a bit of morning cardio

Today is my back/deadlift day thid afternoon
 
Struggles

Had major struggles today, as the lack of sleep really killed me. In fact, I just took a 5mg melatonin in hopes of crashing for the night soon. HEre is how the lifting went, remember it was a major stuggle

Straight Pullups (4 sets) BW 10-12 reps
Deads (6 sets) 425lbs 2 reps
BB Rows (6 sets) 205 8 reps
Front Pulldowns (5 sets) 210lbs
Seated Cable Rows (5 sets) 210lbs

I faded quickly!!!!

I've had 2 nights of randomly waking up at 2am and not being able to get back to sleep. Outside of those 2 nights, I've slept great.
 
Well the melatonin did the trick. Outside a brief visit from the cat and a jump on my chest I slept soundly.

Am cardio:
50 minutes 15% 4.3 to 4.7 mph

Ok, just got back from lifting. Still struggling a bit as I am still ready to sleep, but pushed along

A little too tired to do too much cardio so I changed it a little

I am trying to see how you are cutting on a low rep, low cardio scheme.
For me to cut 10-15lbs, I'd have to run high cardo and high reps with moderate weights....

This is the Tforce product?
 
Low cardio? Really? I am doing cardio twice a day. Early am and post workout.
In fact, went in this am and weighed in @ 207 fully dressed.

Here is the am cardio report:
47 minutes 15% 4.2 to 5.3 mph.

Just back from leg day, here is how it went down

Warmup:
treadmill 15 minutes 15% 4.0mph

Legs:
Hip Abduction in (6 sets) 130lbs
Hip Abduction out (6 sets) 130lbs
Back squats (7 sets) 245lbs 10 reps
BB Lunges (7 sets) 135lbs

Seated Calf Raises (6 sets) 2 45's
Standing calf raises (8 sets) 200lbs

Felt decent but very tired. Strength is as expected, overall solid

Was not around too much yesterday to give an update.

Both yesterday and today, did typical am cardio

47 minutes 15% speed ranging from 4.3-5.3

Sunday's chest and arm thickness

Incline BP (6 sets) 275lbs 7 reps :woohoo:
Flat BP (8 sets) 315lbs 2 reps (very fatigued)

Legs are atill a bit soar from Saturday

I will be doing some back this afternoon, after which I will be adding in my 10 day review. Additionally, I will be going back to work tomorrow (however, no students till next week) so cardio will jump to 4:30am

Felt good, nice pump.

Tomorrow I hit the early cardio around 4:30am, which means to bed within the hour.
 
10 day review

As promised here is the 10 day review

I upped the dosage starting Sat. to 4 per day which is the max I will take.

My body weight decrease is still very consistent and is down to 207ish fully dressed. Working a long those lines, my strength has dipped, but not as much as I feared. When I was weigihng in close to 220 my incline was 315x5. Now it has dipped, but I am still doing considerably better than I thought.

I did not take new measurements yet, as I did not believe 10 days was going to give any sense of the supplement.

My mood has remained constant. Very even keel as always (my wife calls me the robot). Only change is more work related, which is normal the night before going back.

Sleep has been better, that has also been aided by 5mg of melatonin as needed and when needed.

Libido: This has been aided quite a bit. The funny thing is, I never thought I lacked in that department, and it is far worse. That is the one benefit to the night before going back to school :)

So far after 10 days I am pleased. Looking forward to seeing what the weeks ahead offer up
