Days 8, 9 & 10

Day 8

Weigh-In:


Weight: 78.2 kg (-1.6kg!)
Body Fat: 10.4% (-0.4%)

Neck: 15.5" (no change)
Chest: 41.5" (no change)
Right MUAC: 12" (no change)
Right Forearm: 11.25" (+0.25")
Waist (navel): 31" (no change)
Right Upper Leg: 23" (no change)
Right Calf: 15.5" (no change)

I'm surprised by the weight reduction to say the least! I have noticed that I'm getting leaner by the day, but to have lost that much weight was pretty nuts!

I started adding in more calories around training and throughout the day to prevent too much further weight loss, this a recomp not a cut!

General thoughts and feelings for Days 8,9 & 10

Sleep patterns haven't been great recently as I posted before, but I managed to get some quality kip last night (Day 9 evening), which has helped with my mood and energy immensely. Going to grab another power nap this afternoon before I go on late camp watch.

Dosing Protocol Dermacrine

Everything still seems to be going well, my skin has never been in such great shape! (well at least on my shoulders and chest!). The formula doesn't seem to augment spots/acne or cause irritation. I'm having my chest waxed today though (Day 10), so we'll see how it holds up with that in terms of irritation.

Feelings & Side Effects

None to report at the moment.

Dosing Protocol E-Stane

I’ve settled on the 1/1/2 dosing protocol so far, the two caps just before training seem to give a tasty boost to my performance in the gym. I’ve also continued to take the caps with at least 2g of fish oil, or with a high fat meal.

Feelings and Side Effects

In the last two days I’ve noticed a pronounced increase in libido, which is always a bonus The headaches have certainly diminished now that I’ve managed to get some extra sleep in.

One thing that I have noticed is the effect the compound has on GI movement! I seem to get a strong urge to evacuate my bowels, 20-30 minutes after dosing. Anyone else noticed this effect?

Day 8 Training: Legs

Squats 8,8,8,8 (90kg)
Stiff Legged Deadlift 8,8,9,8 (110kg)
Dumbell Lunges 16,15,14,10? (25kg DBs)
Leg Extensions 12,12,12,12 (70kg)
Calf Raises - Calf machine nearly crushed my legs! Had to give it a miss this session.

- Squats felt awesome this training session! I can easily see myself getting to over 100kg for reps of 10 or more by the end of the cycle. Next session I’ll be adding in some glute-ham raises, as the hamstring curl machine is broken in my gym The aggression during training is the most noticeable effect of these compounds, little strength improvement yet, but it’s still early days.

Day 9 Training: Chest

Hammer Strength Incline Press 7,7,6,4 (60kg)
Incline Flies 6,6,6,6 (25kg DBs)
Flat Dumbell Bench Press 8,8,8,8 (30kg)
Gironda Dips 7,7,7,7 (bodyweight)
Dumbell Pullover 10,10,10,10 (32.5kg DB)

- Made a small change today to save my shoulders a little and used the hammer strength incline press machine in the gym. The isolation was really nice and gave me an excellent pump right through training. No massive strength increases here, just a few more reps across the board, consistency is the key in this game.

Days 10 & 11

General Thoughts and Feelings

I'm definitely becoming more aggressive as this cycle continues. My aggression and drive both in daily tasks and the gym is steadily increasing. Every time I pop an
E-Stane I get a little 'rush' of energy and aggression, it's part of the reason the 1/1/2 dosing protocol seems to be working so well for me.

Another interesting observation is that of DOMS, almost completely gone, especially when I dose the E-Stane pre and post workout just before bed.

not getting much sleep at all recently, some recent camper turmoil involving drugs has taken up a lot of my nights, often requiring me to watch them 24/7. Hopefully it ll calm down soon enough and thankfully I'm still getting in the training.

Increased my calories a bit to help with the recent weight loss, only the scale and tape measure will reveal all...

Dosing Protocol Dermacrine:

4 applications daily, still liking the texture and smell of the product and the fact that it dries so fast

Feelings & Side Effects

Still none to report at all. Hard to tell at this stage which compound is producing most of the effect, once I stop the Dermacrine in 2 weeks it'll be clear.

Dosing Protocol E-Stane

Still using the 1/1/2 protocol and still loving it

Feeling & Side Effects

Headaches are under control now, loads of H2O and best rest seem to do the trick. The GI issues remain however, so it might be worth those guys withholding dodgy bowels to think hard before jumping on oral AAS. No lethargy or back pumps, just loads of energy and pumps of the good kind.

The BIGGEST Update for a while!

I think rather than going through every single day since I've last updated, I'll post a breakdown of my thoughts as it's been almost 2 weeks since my last proper update!

Day 24

Measurements:

I weighed in on both Monday 27th and Monday the 3rd August, here are my measurements after two weeks of the dream team combo

Weight: 80 (+1.8kg)
Body Fat: 11.0% (+0.6%)

Neck: 15.5" (no change)
Chest: 41.75" (+0.25")
Right MUAC:12.25" (+0.25")
Right Forearm: 11.5" (+0.25")
Waist (navel): 31.0" (no change)
Right Upper Leg: 23.25" (+0.25")
Right Calf: 15.75" (+0.25")

Days 12-24 General Thoughts and Feelings

Overall I've been very impressed with the two compounds thus far. It's only in the last week that I've started to really 'feel' the effects of being on AAS, the most noticeable changes being an increase in overall well-being, muscle hardness, that 'all-day pumped' feeling and obvious...a nice increase in libido

Other changes I've noticed whilst on cycle:
  • A small amount of testicular atrophy (very minor)
  • Ridiculous chest hair growth (I'm not a hair guy btw so this is pretty noticeable)
  • Overall appetite has definitely increased, it takes a lot more food to get me full
  • Endurance in the gym is WAY up, I literally have to stop myself training otherwise I'll just keep going
  • Sleep has been atrocious recently, resulting in caffeine abuse.

The dosing protocol that I outlined in my last update still seems to be the best for me. I still get a massive 'rush' a few minutes into the workout that seems to carry me all the way through training.

Dosing Protocol Dermacrine:


Still applies beautifully and soaks in ultra-fast My chest hair is ridiculous at the moment (haven't had a chance to get a wax) and it still manages to soak in in less than a few minutes.

Feelings & Side Effects

Absolutely none. This is a very mild compound by all accounts, I'm having a hard time telling whether the dermacrine is actually doing anything at this point. I'll soon know once I cycle off and I'm only using E-stane.

Dosing Protocol E-Stane

The 1/1/2 protocol works. Enough said.

Feeling & Side Effects

Whoever said Epi-compounds provide little in the way of strength gains lied (or at least with me they did!).

In two weeks I've added:
  • 10kg to my squat (ATG remember)
  • 10kg to my deadlift
  • 10kg to my Power Clean and Press
  • 10kg to my Gironda dips (was bodyweight at the beginning)
  • and...increased the number of reps and sets on ALL exercises for all workouts.

Don't get me wrong, this no 'Test' like strength gains but I'm as lean as when I started the cycle, bigger and much stronger. All good in my eyes.

Pumps are still awesome during training, not too intense that it hurts, just enough to feel good. Very different from M-drol where I just felt extremely pumped to the point of pain.

No back pumps or headaches anymore, I drink 500-1L of water an hour and that seems effective at reducing/eliminating the headaches.

I've had literally NO other side effects. Great cycle so far guys, comes highly recommended and I'm on to 50mg next week!

General thoughts and feelings for Days 25 & 26

Sleep patterns have drastically improved after using the 'power naps' during the day (2 x 40 min) and nailing the sleep at night. I can't honestly wait to get the PowerFULL into the cycle, the sleep on IGF-2 was so nice...:sleep:

Dosing Protocol Dermacrine

Didn't manage to get the old chest waxed in the end So my mane is still very much present and annoying me a bit now! Dermacrine still continues to soak in beautifully though, can't post a single complaint about the compound there.

Feelings & Side Effects

Still none to report and we're very close to the end of the bottle...

Dosing Protocol E-Stane

These two days were my last at 40mg in the 1/1/2 fashion.

Feelings and Side Effects

The bowel evacuation issue seems to have gone, I now think it was more likely my fibre, caffeine intake or some other factor influencing it, rather than the E-stane.

Aggression seems to be coming to a plateau. I still like the fact that I get a little 'surge' in aggression right after dosing, it makes the pre-workout 'buzz' from caffeine unnecessary, even when I'm training at 10.30pm!

Testicular atrophy is definitely noticeable...but so are my muscle gains I seem to have 'widened' slightly on the shoulders and chest area, no crazy gains, just a nice solid increase everywhere.

Still looking very lean and feeling solid all over.

Day 25 Training: Arms

Reverse Curl with Straight bar 8,8,8,8 (32.5kg)
Close Grip Bench Press 6,6,5,4 (85kg)
Incline Dumbell Curls 11,9,8,8 (15kg DBs)
Overhead Rope Extensions 11,10,10,10 (40kg)
Rope Pressdown 14,14,14 (50kg)
Straight bar curl 13,14,14 (25kg)

- ENORMOUS pump this session Arms were literally bloated by the end of the session and the animal-like aggression really helped push me through the final few sets.

Close grip bench felt especially good, I never used to be able to 'feel'
this exercise on the flat but after a bit of practice, it's now flying up and the pump is immense. It also happens to be far easier to set up than a decline bench!

Day 26 Training: HIIT Cardio

10 x 100m sprints, 30 seconds rest in-between (jog back to starting position).

- Haven't performed sprints in a little while, so I was a little apprehensive regarding how well I'd perform. The sprints went fine, I felt VERY tired by the end of the 10th sprint (exhausted to be honest!) but I did experience my first 'back pump' whilst on cycle.

It came on pretty fast and I think was almost certainly due to not drinking enough during the session (didn't drink any water between sets to prevent sickness/GI issues) but it was excruciatingly painful by the 10th sprint and I had to drink no less than about 2L of water to get it to subside

Note for next HIIT session, get the purple draank in!

Day 27 & 28

Weigh-In:


Weight: 81.0 kg (-+1.0kg!)
Body Fat: 10.8% (-0.2%)
Neck: 15.75" (+0.25")
Chest: 42.75" (+1.0"!)
Right MUAC: 12.5" (+0.25")
Right Forearm: 11.5" (+0.25")
Waist (navel): 31.5" (+0.5")
Right Upper Leg: 23" (no change)
Right Calf: 15.5" (no change)

- Big jump in weight! I'm pretty much eating the same amount of calories and still managed to whack on 2lbs! I was a little disappointed at the waist measurement I don't think I've put on a noticeable amount of fat, but then again with the gains, there's got to be a little.

I'm unconvinced at the chest measurement, must be an error, 1.0" seems a little too much but has boosted my ego

Arms I'm very happy about I'm strict on measuring them, so to put on an extra 0.5" in 4 weeks is very pleasing. Got to keep busting those guns!

General thoughts and feelings for Days 25 & 26

First week of 50mg of E-stane per day. I've decided to try and space out the early dosages and experiment with 3 tabs pre-training.

so...1/1/3 dosing.

No adverse feelings so far, 15 mins after I took the 3 tabs pre-training my aggression skyrocketed. Since Monday was a squat day, I thought this was literally THE best time to test out how much the E-stane can boost strength gains!

No lethargy, even at this higher dosage. Some nasty acne seems to have broken out on my chin, even though my skin doesn't feel any oiler. I think it's due to a lack of rest and recovery (my skin is pretty sensitive to sleep deprivation), hopefully the PowerFULL should clear it up

Last two days have been 1/1/3 dosing, with the 3 tabs pre-training.

Had a nasty back pump come on during my legs session It made me cut my SLDL sets short because the pain was just too strong.

No uncomfortable pumps during my chest session on Tuesday...may have to cut back on the E-stane dosages during 'back-heavy' sessions (back and legs) to prevent these pumps becoming an issue.

Acne is still present It looks horrendous but I'm feeling and looking great so I pretty-much don't care

Day 27 Training: Legs

Squats 9,7,6,6 (107.5kg)
SLDL 6,6,6,6 (120kg)
Lunges 16,16,16,16 (25kg)
Deadman Raises 10,10,10,10 (20kg Plate)

- Squats felt superb apart from a little pinching in the hip by the end of the last set. I just used a bit of common sense and didn't go towards failure. SLDL's were annoying low in reps; I could have hit 8 reps but the pumps made me stop the sets short. Leg extension machine is currently broken, therefore I've added in thise little beauty of an exercise...deadman raises...nasty, just nasty.

Day 28 Training: Chest

Hammer Strength Incline Press 10,8,8,4 (65kg)
High Incline Flies 10,10,10,9 (20kg DBs)
Flat Dumbell Bench Press 9,9,8,8 (30kg)
Gironda Dips 6,7,7,7 (15kg)

- Chest strength has jumped by a silly amount! The gironda dips I'm especially proud of, considering I was doing 'bodyweight' a few weeks ago! I took out the DB Pullover this week as I felt my shoulders 'pinch' during the first set, I'll throw them back in after a bit of rest or do them on thursday/friday.

Pumps were literally shirt-popping I wish every session could be as amazing as this.

Hey man start taking some Taurine - that solve your back pump problems. I usually take 3g PreWO and 3g PostWO and I've yet to have a pump on my Epi cycle (and i'm dosing at 60mg this week).

General thoughts and feelings for Days 29 - 33

Last few days of Dermacrine I ended my cycle on Saturday (Day 32) with a couple of last squirts.

Still looking fuller and meaner by the day! Sleep hasn't improved dramatically, I've given up a little on trying to sort it before popping my PowerFULL caps...nights are just restless.

Acne isn't getting much better, still getting those breakouts on my chin. It seemed to only get worse when I went up to 50mg/day of E-stane, side effect?

Summary of Thoughts and Feelings:
  • Testicular Atrophy is the same
    Libido hasn't increased
    Muscle fullness and hardness is significantly better
    Still looking pretty lean even though I'm at easily 3500kcal/day
    Strength continues to climb

Dosing Protocol Dermacrine

Waxing my chest seemed to improve the absorption significantly, dermacrine continues to perform as it should

Feelings & Side Effects

Nada

Dosing Protocol E-Stane

1/1/3 dosing protocol doesn't seem to bother me much and gives a very strong aggressive boost to my training.

Feelings and Side Effects

Libido hasn't increased further at the 50mg/day dosage, back pumps are very common though without Taurine (cheers again guys for the help!). Hydration and taurine are absolutely essential at this dosage of E-stane.

Acne on my chin and face has worsened, I just can't seem to shift it at the moment, no matter how clean I keep my face.

Tempted to try 60mg next week to see how it fares

Day 29 Training: Day OFF

Much needed and deserved, just ate well and kept active.

Day 30 Training: Shoulders

- I love training back Deads are getting there, not quite up to my old strength of 200kg but I'll get there slowly but surely (I am about 10kg lighter!). Another great workout.

General thoughts and feelings

Weight gain is impressive but WAY TOO MUCH, I'll have to scale back on the food a bit from now onwards.

Measurements continue to go up but waist is still pretty tiny, all good my friends

Bumped up my E-Stane dosage to 60mg per day for the last two days, I plan to ramp down for the rest of the week.

Started using PowerFULL on Monday (took a dose in the AM - empty stomach) and 2 doses in the PM on empty...I slept like a baby

No change in libido or general mood since coming off the dermacrine, testicular size has improved somewhat and face is starting to clear (less oily).

Dosing Protocol E-Stane

Dosed my 60mg in a 1/2/3 fashion.

Feelings and Side Effects

No real change in mood or feelings with the extra E-stane, I had to up my water intake by another litre though to combat a mild headache at lunchtime.

Caffeine seems to be a bad combination with E-stane at high dosages (at least for me anyway). If I have a coffee, tea (except herbal teas) or caffeinated soft drink I start to get a nasty headache that won't shift without gallons of water. Nothing that's warranted pain killers yet, but annoying still.

Nice muscle hardness and vascularity throughout the day at this dosage (really prominent veins, and pumps come on quickly).

Hunger is up even further, it's seriously taking close to 4000kcal to satisfy this raging inferno! I have to scale back though otherwise the waistline is going to explode.

Day 33 Training: Legs

Squat 9,7,6,6 (107.5kg)
SLDL 8,7,6,- (120kg)
Lunges 9,8,8,8 (30kg DBs)
Leg Extensions 11,11,11,12 (80kg)
Calves 7,7,7 (60kg)

- First session at the big 60mg and what a session it was! Squats felt awesome. It's taken a while to build back up to a decent weight after readjusting my technique (closer stance and ATG) but I'm really starting to enjoy the extra emphasis on my quads.

Pumps got a bit too strong in my back on the SLDL, even with the Taurine So I had to slash the last set, it was just too painful.

Day 34 Training: Chest

Hammer Strength Incline Press 9,7,7,4 (70kg)
High Incline Flies 6,6,6,6 (25kg DBs)
Flat Dumbell Bench Press 10,10,9,9 (30kg)
Gironda Dips 8,8,8,8 (15kg)
DB Pullovers 8,7,7,7 (35kg DB)

- Wanted to end on a bang for this session and I most certainly did! Chest was full and the strength was explosive, I couldn't really have asked for more.

Mainly because caffeine raises your BP - and the Epi has your BP up so the combo is not good!

I will say that I have popped a no doze (200mg caffeine pill) with epi and it really puts me in the zone w/o a headache - I'm sure the problems with caffeine could potentially be related to an intolerance to stims.

Save the caffeine and pre-workout products for PCT
