  19. Hey man start taking some Taurine - that solve your back pump problems. I usually take 3g PreWO and 3g PostWO and I've yet to have a pump on my Epi cycle (and i'm dosing at 60mg this week).

  21. Keep Up the good work bro. I'm sure it will pay off for you in the end. I agree with DarkHalf; the Taurine pre & post should help alleviate your back pumps. I get them every cycle I've ran so far and just take Taurine during the whole shebang to prevent it.

    Mainly because caffeine raises your BP - and the Epi has your BP up so the combo is not good!

    I will say that I have popped a no doze (200mg caffeine pill) with epi and it really puts me in the zone w/o a headache - I'm sure the problems with caffeine could potentially be related to an intolerance to stims.
