Days 25, 26, 27 & 28 Day 25 & 26 General thoughts and feelings for Days 25 & 26
Sleep patterns have drastically improved after using the 'power naps' during the day (2 x 40 min) and nailing the sleep at night. I can't honestly wait to get the PowerFULL into the cycle, the sleep on IGF-2 was so nice...:sleep:
Dosing Protocol Dermacrine
Didn't manage to get the old chest waxed in the end

So my mane is still very much present and annoying me a bit now! Dermacrine still continues to soak in beautifully though, can't post a single complaint about the compound there.

Still none to report and we're very close to the end of the bottle...

These two days were my last at 40mg in the 1/1/2 fashion.
Feelings and Side Effects
The bowel evacuation issue seems to have gone, I now think it was more likely my fibre, caffeine intake or some other factor influencing it, rather than the E-stane.
Aggression seems to be coming to a plateau. I still like the fact that I get a little 'surge' in aggression right after dosing, it makes the pre-workout 'buzz' from caffeine unnecessary, even when I'm training at 10.30pm!
Testicular atrophy is definitely noticeable...but so are my muscle gains

I seem to have 'widened' slightly on the shoulders and chest area, no crazy gains, just a nice solid increase everywhere.
Still looking very lean and feeling solid all over.

ENORMOUS pump this session

Arms were literally bloated by the end of the session and the animal-like aggression really helped push me through the final few sets.
Close grip bench felt especially good, I never used to be able to 'feel'
this exercise on the flat but after a bit of practice, it's now flying up and the pump is immense. It also happens to be far easier to set up than a decline bench!
Day 26 Training: HIIT Cardio
10 x 100m sprints, 30 seconds rest in-between (jog back to starting position).
- Haven't performed sprints in a little while, so I was a little apprehensive regarding how well I'd perform. The sprints went fine, I felt VERY tired by the end of the 10th sprint (exhausted to be honest!) but I did experience my first 'back pump' whilst on cycle.
It came on pretty fast and I think was almost certainly due to not drinking enough during the session (didn't drink any water between sets to prevent sickness/GI issues) but it was excruciatingly painful by the 10th sprint and I had to drink no less than about 2L of water to get it to subside

- Big jump in weight! I'm pretty much eating the same amount of calories and still managed to whack on 2lbs! I was a little disappointed at the waist measurement

I don't think I've put on a noticeable amount of fat, but then again with the gains, there's got to be a little.
I'm unconvinced at the chest measurement, must be an error, 1.0" seems a little too much but has boosted my ego
Arms I'm very happy about

I'm strict on measuring them, so to put on an extra 0.5" in 4 weeks is very pleasing. Got to keep busting those guns!
General thoughts and feelings for Days 25 & 26
First week of
50mg of E-stane per day. I've decided to try and space out the early dosages and experiment with 3 tabs pre-training.
so...1/1/3 dosing.
No adverse feelings so far, 15 mins after I took the 3 tabs pre-training my aggression
skyrocketed. Since Monday was a squat day, I thought this was literally THE best time to test out how much the E-stane can boost strength gains!
No lethargy, even at this higher dosage. Some nasty acne seems to have broken out on my chin, even though my skin doesn't feel any oiler. I think it's due to a lack of rest and recovery (my skin is pretty sensitive to sleep deprivation), hopefully the PowerFULL should clear it up

Had a nasty back pump come on during my legs session

It made me cut my SLDL sets short because the pain was just too strong.
No uncomfortable pumps during my chest session on Tuesday...may have to cut back on the E-stane dosages during 'back-heavy' sessions (back and legs) to prevent these pumps becoming an issue.
Acne is still present

It looks horrendous but I'm feeling and looking great so I pretty-much don't care

- Squats felt superb apart from a little pinching in the hip by the end of the last set. I just used a bit of common sense and didn't go towards failure. SLDL's were annoying low in reps; I could have hit 8 reps but the pumps made me stop the sets short. Leg extension machine is currently broken, therefore I've added in thise little beauty of an exercise...deadman raises...nasty, just nasty.
Day 28 Training: Chest Hammer Strength Incline Press 10,8,8,4 (65kg)
High Incline Flies 10,10,10,9 (20kg DBs)
Flat Dumbell Bench Press 9,9,8,8 (30kg)
Gironda Dips 6,7,7,7 (15kg)
- Chest strength has jumped by a silly amount! The gironda dips I'm especially proud of, considering I was doing 'bodyweight' a few weeks ago! I took out the DB Pullover this week as I felt my shoulders 'pinch' during the first set, I'll throw them back in after a bit of rest or do them on thursday/friday.
Pumps were literally shirt-popping

I wish every session could be as amazing as this.
