Took the sample of Ragnarok before working out. Felt pretty good with the pumps and focus. The Warrior Melon tasted good. I plan on taking Somidren-GH and ZMK about 30 mins prior to bed. I will update in the morning on how it went and the next workout see if any increase of strength.

Thoughts:
Took ZMK and Somidren about 30 mins prior to bed. I didn't get the heavy feeling in my limbs or the heavy breathing, however i did feel a bit more relaxed than usual. Probably about a full hour after I fell asleep. REM was good, but woke up a few times to go to the bathroom. No dreams that i can remember from it. Woke up this morning to go work for a little and felt groggy for a few mins then was wide awake and refreshed. So far so good. :)

Pretty good workout today. Didn't notice anything in strength increase but hopefully I will see it progress throughout the log. Between each set of chest I squeezed my pecs for 5 secs. I've been doing this lately to build some more muscle on my chest. Lately, I've had some decent DOMS the next few days from doing this. Also, the ZMK veggie caps are WAY easier to swallow then the previous tabs.

Thoughts:
Took ZMK and Somidren about 30 mins prior to bed. Noticed the heavy limbs and breathing about and hour after taking it and fell asleep almost right away. REM was good, still had to wake up some point to take a piss. Same as yesterday, groggy for a bit then felt wide awake. Had a dream about my girlfriend's brother and I being in one of those before and after ads and other weird events which i can't remember.

I ran this stack awhile back and I really loved it. I think I had my best nights of sleep when I took the ZMK about 45 pre bed and 1/2 scoop of Somnidren 30 min pre bed, and another 1/2 scoop just before bed. Good luck bro!!

yea i ran this stack a couple times too. Lately i've been craving it and wanting to buy it but luckily i stumbled in the thread on bb to log it.

Good workout today. Noticed a little bit of increase in strength in the leg extensions. Really focused on the squats today on form. Lately i haven't had the form i wanted to and everything so i focused on that. And got a good MMC with it towards the end. So eventually it'll increase but i rather have good form than push heavy weight IMO.

Great arm day. Decided to flex after each set for 5 secs like i do for chest. With chest it looks like it has slowly been getting thicker, so i decided to do it for arms. Quads were sore throughout the day. Also, just stuck with BB curls today, didn't feel like do any other biceps exercise. At the end did some wrist curls.

Took ZMK and Somidren about 30 mins prior to bed. The heavy breathing and limbs hit me quick this time, lately it's been about an hour but this time it was 30 mins. Had a nice deep sleep. Can't recall any dreams, more of fell asleep then woke up to the alarm. Triceps and quads have some DOMS.

Set a new PR on shoulder day. Since focusing on form the past couple months haven't been able to hit above 30 on the one arm side raises. Well today, i hit them for 8! So an increase in strength is noted there from the GHSR stack. This weekend will just be ZMK, no Somidren :(

Day 6/7 OFF Thoughts:
Only had ZMK this weekend. Still had good sleep with it even without the Somidren. No crazy dreams that i can recall of. Some randoms but i forget them now.

Focused on the middle of my back, lower lats, and thickness on this workout. It was humid in the gym and deadlifting felt different, couldn't get a nice grip even with the straps. I'm slowly working my way back up in weight with deads and incorporating them into my regime. Another good back today in the books.

Thoughts:
Somidren and ZMK about 30 mins prior to bed. This time i didn't feel the relaxation or the heavy limbs in the hour. This time it took about an hour and half to get the feeling this time. Last meal was still 2 hours prior to taking the stack. But we'll see how it goes tomorrow. Dreams weren't vivid as i can recall, but something dealed something with the forums and then living at my new apartment for next year. Middle back is kind of sore, my teres' muscles are more so.

It's been awhile since doing BB bench press. I've really been focusing on working chest and rolling the shoulders back and not use so much the front delts. Rolling the shoulders back i read in an Animal article. So i basically went back to the very beginning of benching. However, it has been working and definitely not feeling the DOMS in the front delts after a chest day. Just did the three main presses, didn't feel like doing flys or crossovers.

Took ZMK and Somidren the usual time. Fell asleep probably in about 30 mins, which was great. However, this morning felt like crap for about an hour and finally "woke" up and felt better. Dreams were scattered but not vivid. Somidren worked a bit faster tonight then usual. Workouts have been going well so far. Lots of DOMS the day after and sometimes the next.

Good workout today. Increased in strength in the extensions and the Squats with the form coming a lot better. Chest is sore and back still a bit. It was hot and humid in the gym so sweating was a huge factor.

Had some crazy dreams about which way to sleep is better and longer by some guy lol. Also, had some dreams about the weight room and lifting with littlerambo and ncangey and lifting with ronnie coleman together hahaha. Other than that recovery is good and sleep was good.

Pretty good arm day. Pumps were nice and full. I'm definitely seeing an improvement in size of my arms as of lately, which is good because i lack in that department and lower lats. Biceps were similar to the previous one but did some hammers to work on the brachioradialis

Tried something different today. Worked out first thing in the morning because it thought i had to babysit later but i didn't have too so kind of mad about that. But took Vasocharge mixed with 2 scoops of xtend and went down to lift and drank Size-ON intra workout. Pumps were god and strength was still good. Woke up feeling nice and refreshed and up and at em'. Dreams were crazy last night, more of the action packed kind. Arms are kind of sore not too much though. Now for the weekend rest.

Day 13/14 OFF Thoughts:
Friday night still had the Somidren and ZMK. Hit me pretty fast, last meal was about 3.5 hrs before and fell right asleep. Dreams i can't remember it was more of fall asleep then wake up. Sat. and Sun only took ZMK. There were tons of dreams that were crazy and random. Sleep was still as good with only ZMK. Recovery has been great for the next workouts. We'll see how back day goes. :)

A kick ass back workout. Lats were pumped to the max and strength was great. Set a new PR in the One Arm Rows in reps that i've been doing to hit my middle and lower lats. Also, worked out the lower back pretty good to add some mass to it. I don't think i'm lacking but it could use some work. Overall a good workout.

BB bench press finally getting use to again. Also, a note of strength increase in BB bench press from the previous week. Since rolling my shoulders back and mainly focusing on chest I had to re-start the benching. Rolling your shoulders helps reduce using your front delts, read it in an ANIMAL article and it works pretty well for me. Pumps were good and energy was decent.

First time doing BB Lunges. Felt different at first but got use to them fairly quickly. At the end of the workout my hamstrings and glutes felt the workout. I can tell they will be a little sore tomorrow.

ZMK and Somidren right before bed. DOMS are in my glutes and hamstrings just like i thought they would be. Lunges really worked them well. Sleep was good, woke up and was wide awake.

Had good energy through the workout. Pumps were good in the biceps. Also did some abs at the end. slowly work my way into abs. Just want to note that the smith machine weight is weight that would be similar to a barbell.

Took CRE-02 about an hour and half before the lift and right after my prewo meal. Then used a sample of superpump half hour before the gym. Energy/Focus/Endurance was great throughout the workout. Pumps felt full and great. Oh how i miss CRE-02 :(. The first lat pulldowns was the bar with the handles and the FST-7 was used with the regular pulldown bar. I plan on using the last sample of CRE-02 on leg day.

Took ZMK and Somidren usual time right before bed since it has been working for me. But this time it didn't hit me at all. I didn't feel the relaxation or the heavy breathing/limbs. I was kinda of mad and disappointed. I think though the problem was my last meal was about 1.5 hr before i took it and i've been taking it about 2.5 hrs after. Lower back has major DOMS from the deads yesterday.

Upper pecs definitely felt this workout. First time i've supersetted anything together in a looonnng time, kinda felt nice and brought back some memories. Maybe i'll start doing them again.

Took my last sample of CRE-02 and C5 sample for the last leg day of the log :(. Anyways, pumps and endurance were great. Breathing was easier than before. I'm really liking the lunges at the end, hits the hams and glutes real good and feel sore for the next couple of days. Overall a nice workout that will leave me sore for a few days.

Dosing time of ZMK and Somidren right before bed as usual. Sleep was great, slept like a baby and didn't wake up once. Dreams were crazy, mainly about baseball and playing in it and such. Legs and glutes are definitely feeling yesterdays workout. Although i thought it'd be much worse.
