    Narrative:
    I been nursing a head cold all day, started sneezing last night then barely slept all night. Today been drinking lots of water already consumed 1-k mg of vitamin C, been taking tylenol plus took a nap but still feel the same, I'm more worried about hitting the gym tomorrow morning than anything else, we'll see I hope to improve over night!

    I did not take my AS today, I was just concerned about getting over this so that I can resume training soon.

    Vascularity: some in my arms

    Strength: running on empty

    Endurance/Focus: Focused on resting all day

    Mood/Aggression: calm and feeling sick

  6. I did that with legs for about 2 months. I really enjoyed it, noticeable results as well. I was just thinking, if your going to do that with arms, I would maybe not do four excersises per, only to better insure recovery. And i would probably make one of the days a really high rep day, like 50 reps or so.

    I start out with a high volume set using a curl machine but doing just the top 20% movement for 30 reps at 3 sets... that gets my arms pumped to start out with.. I don't use heavy weight and hitting just the top that gets me going good.

    I might drop down to 3 exercises only if recovery don't happen soon enough although AS has very good recovery properties I think I'll be fine

    I like to finish off my arms workout using cables, I'll do single arm curls and get sick pumps, then I'll do Cable Single Arm Extensions usually till failure or drop sets, then I'm truly done

    Narrative:
    I was feeling too sick to train this morning, this is the second time I come back from a vacation hit the gym and get sick, last January the same thing happen I was out for a week came back started training and got sick, has this happen to any of you out there? I guess need to take it easy on the first couple of sessions maybe the training was too stressful off the get go.

    I am feeling much better today, even though i got little sleep this medicine I'm taking is working if things progress this way I'm looking forward to hit the gym tomorrow morning and do arms again, they're not sore anymore

    I did not take my AS today again, Chris chime in on how important it is to take AS during off days for the last 2 days I've been dry!

    Just work on gettin to feel better and hit the gym up big as soon as you can...I would say sip on one scoop of AS on off days or sick days if you can stomach it......JMO

    You should dose it straight through, even on your off days. more for the test boosting abilities "psarms" and the creatine, on your off days just sip it through out the day.

    that sounds like a plan, i'll be dosing AS on my off days... I've been feeling better all day depending on the night goes I think theres a good chance I'll workout in the morning! Thanks

  20. quick update: I felt much better this morning and made my way to the gym I had a good workout but today I've been really busy at work and have not had a chance to log my workout yet... I'm going home early and should be able to make the proper update once the little ones go to sleep!

    Narrative:
    I had a good night sleep and a deep sleep it was, I woke up in the same position as I felt asleep , I was ready to hit the gym!
    Took my AS and pre-workout drink and headed out the door at 5am, since I'm just recovering from this head cold I was not ready to hit the weights very hard this morning but I kept track of my lifts for future reference.

    I don't recall getting the tingles this morning but heck I think i was noncontiguous when I left out the door
    In the gym I was taking long breaks between sets and chatted a little so that I would not aggravate my cold!

    On my Arms workout days I alternate between biceps and triceps but here I'll list them together!

    Biceps
    Machine Preacher Curls: 30x50 30x50 30x50 (top 20% movement only)
    EZ Bar Curls: 12x50 12x60 12x70
    Incline Dumbbell Curls: 10x30 10x30 10x30
    Single Arm Cable Curls: 12x50 12x50 12x50

    Triceps
    Smith Machine Close Grip Bench Presses: 15x45's 15x45's 15x45's
    V Bar Pushdowns: 12x140 12x150 12x15
    Seated Machine Extensions: 12x140 10x150 10x150
    Cable Single Arm Extensions: 10x40 10x40 10x40


    Vascularity: coming back again

    Strength: was good but I didn't want to run full throttle

    Endurance/Focus: Focus was good as always on AS, one of the best properties of this supplement

    Mood/Aggression: calm tried to take it easy

  24. Tomorrow I'll train legs and traps for the first time together on my new routine but since I've not kicked this virus or what ever I'm carrying around completely I will not try to lift near my high numbers, just playing safe till this virus is all gone.

  26. Looking good buddy!! When I do an arm day, I do all major bi excersises together then tris, to keep the blood in the muscle as much as possible, thrn on my finishing moves i alternate them, I think it works well. I have never alternated the whole w\o, maybe I try that.

    I'm not an expert on this but I think if you alternate these two body parts it might be more beneficial for these reason, you'll get more rest between sets and go heavier plus you're always pumping blood into your arms none stop, maybe I'll try the way you do them but I remember before when doing biceps sometimes I'd get fatigue where as this way i do them now I dont!

    Narrative:
    Huh, I cant believe its already July damn it, this morning I got up on time and headed to the gym for my legs/shoulders/traps workout, I was feeling pretty sluggish this morning I'm still not fully recovered but felling 90% and I actually didn't want to do anything too strenuous so that i don't aggravate my system, just giving it one more day to fully recover.

    I started my workout by doing my hack squats by the time i finish my second set i already had a good pump going, I proceeded for the leg press and got even better, I did 5 sets but could have gone for 7, by my last 2 sets I was sweating big time and my heart was pumping fast, by this time i thought of taking a set back b/c i started getting some sides from this virus, i did leg curls and that was it.

    My gym recently got new bike cardio machines by this company named expresso they have a site expresso.net and no its not coffee these bike machines look very impressive they're well built they have a 19" screen in front of you, with handle bars that includes gear changer and has heart monitor on it, pretty bitching... so i sign up and raced a couple course, you can race other ppl too, later i went to their site logged in and I could see my stats online for what i did that morning, now thats some kewl cardio tech stuff right there

    Tomorrow is my off day but I'll prepare 1 scoop and take it along with me and sip it on the way to work!

    Legs
    Hack Squats: 12x135 12x185 12x185 12x225 12x225
    Leg Press: 15x315 15x405 15x405 15x495 15x495
    Leg Curl: 12x70 12x70 12x70

    Cardio
    30min bike ride

    Vascularity: not on my legs

    Strength: Strength was up

    Endurance/Focus: Focus was good as always on AS, one of the best properties of this supplement

    Mood/Aggression: no aggression to I was too slugish
