similar to icy hot, search it in google. I think you can find it at major grocery stores. Topical that helps quite a bit, similar to icy hot, but superior IMO

walgreens or longs should carry it, thats where I'm going tomorrow to find it, this Biofreeze Pain Relieving Gel looks promising... at first i thought this was related to my arm always resting on my desk specially when i browse the web that part of my arm rests right on the edge of the desk but now the more i think about it, its not as simple as that!

it does work well but I think it might be a somewhat temporary reliever as well. Give it a try and let me know how it works for ya. Also you could try cissus.

you know, I do get a bit of an aggrevated elbow when leaving my arm in a certain position on the keyboard or desk for too long, it could very well have something to do with it

I have moved my mouse pad over the edge of my desk so that my arm is not just sitting on the edge of the desk, it seems to help some but theres a pain deep inside the arm!

your tendonitis will go away. Its just inflamed. Be careful on your lifts, try not to fully lock out your elbows, this might be what is causing it. Just ice it and bio freeze it and you might have to take it easy with it. Just listen to your body

If you have the beginnings of tendonitis, You should stop your multiple arm routine immediately. Chances are you aggravated it by doing arms 3x per week, and if it gets really bad, it will sideline you for months, then usually you will become prone to it. Trust me, I know.

Pronto... I will be changing my routine so that I dont aggravate this to where it sidelines me for long, I guess I'l just have to nurse it till it goes away and then revisit this routine in the future.

Hey, good to see you back bro, hope you had a great time during the holiday weekend... it seems like the board got a little quiet while you were gone

Just to bring you up to date quickly, I'm nurturing a case of tendonitis on my right arm, it's the first time I have such injury and I think I have aggravated recently with my new routine of doing arms 3 days a week. I took today off and plan to rest tomorrow as well and get back in the gym on Wednesday back to a 4 day split to give each body part enough rest, been sipping on AS and really been enjoying the ride, recovery, pumps and focus are all very noticeable when taking AS, this product is sure to be a winner!

Thanks for asking, its a little better, I was telling my friend about it and today she brought me some creams to apply since she has lots, I applied some earlier and my arm feels pretty good afterwards, I took today off to let it rest some more... I'll be hitting the gym tomorrow with my old routine, too bad I was not able to complete the 3 week routine I was shooting for, I just started to see results too, ohhh well... once i'm back to normal i'll try gain!

    Day 13/14
    Monday, July 6, 2009
    Tuesday, July 7, 2009

    Stats Up on waking:
    W: 190

    Narrative:
For the past 2 days I've been sidelined to let my right arm recover from what appears to be tendonitis, I guess working out my arms 3 times a week came with some bad side effects, I'll be going back to my 4 day split while keeping my 2 days on 1 day off!

Tomorrow I will start off with chest and tris.

    Vascularity: not feeling it today

    Strength: what strength?

Endurance/Focus: I have lots of endurance to typing but that it

Mood/Aggression: very relaxed or should i say lazy

Yep, you right, I'm thankful that I'm not completely sidelined and I'm able to train otherwise I could get used to not training then its always hard to get back in the routine of getting up early, in a few months i'll make another attempt at this routine i really liked it!

Ed, It sucks when you get hurt, no one wants to take time off when there making progress, Just work around it if you can, do low weights with your your arms, in time it'll heal. What you dont wanna do is over do it, then time will not heal it, and it''ll take allot more to correct the problem. Stay head strong my man, do what your body will let you do

no fat chance of that happening, I'll sometimes sleep on my back other times I like to keep my right arm stretched and sleep on my shoulder.

Yup, I'll keep training though, I dont want to lose the habit of getting up early b/c that forces me to sleep early too, otherwise I'll stay up late and not make it to the gym, I'll just be running in maintenance mode till this heals up, thanks bro for chiming in!

Hey guys sorry for turning into MIA in the last couple of days, my arm has not healed much plus I have been plagued with computer problems at home that required me to change the main hard disk drive, this procedure is painstaking and time consuming. I got my pc back to normal now I wish my arm follows not too far behind.

I was in the gym on Wednesday and did chest and tri's but on Thursday and today I did not make it, these pc problems I've had recently have kept me up late, with little rest and a bad arm it made the decision to skip the gym too easy.

I have to say though today for the first time i dont recall my arm bothering me, the cream I've been applying is actually helping! I planning to hit the gym tomorrow if my schedule goes as planned!

    cheers,

Thanks guys, I took today off again, the arm bothers me and I'm afraid if I keep training and pushing this aggravation will last even longer, I'm hopping to get back into the swing of things next week and resume my log, I'm not happy how this has turned out in the last couple of weeks I either was sick or hurt! I'm looking forward to better days!
