day 4 with deadlift video
Day 4, 3rd workout
Woke up today feeling great, had a little bit of stomach discomfort and my skin was a little extra oily, but both were no longer present after shower and breakfast. Vascularity is once again up a little bit, no new veins are visible, but the present ones were a little more pronounced. I seem to be sweating a little more when working out, but that may be from working out a little harder due to motivation of getting the most out of the cycle. Another day of feeling great, still no problems, all good stuff. Strength has improved a little, focus is great always in the zone. The thing I have really noticed the most, is all I want to do is hangout with my girlfriend lol. good sh1t fellas' lets hope this is just the beginning of the positive effects.
Supps: prime 3 morning, 3 pre workout, 3 dinner. Formex 50mg breakfast, 50mg bedtime. DTHC 2 upon waking, 1 pre-workout, 1 bedtime with formex.
Workout:
High pulls 3x6= 185/195/205
Jumping plyo's (held medicine ball with both hands at chest level, jumped onto 3ft platform, with just balls of feet landing, paused then jumped back down, did this 3x10 with 18lb medicine ball)
Deadlifts 4x10= 185/185/225/275 (275 for 11 on video, not greatest because I had to rush to fit the 11 reps in 30 seconds for cell phone video lol).

standing lat pull downs but didnt bend arms and bring bar to chest, kept arms wide and stiff and pulled down to waist 4x10= weight were on pully machine so not exactly sure what the weight was, maybe 80/100/110/110.
Kneeling crunches with tricep pushdown machine 4x15= 25lbs/25lbs/35/bs/50lbs.
Straight bar shrugs 4x12= 100lbs/100lbs/110lbs/120lbs ( 2 sec pause up top)
Leg extensions, and calf extensions 4x10 on pully machines couldn't even guess the weight but not real heavy just getting back into 4x10 range so trying to work back into it.
Again so far I am very pleased with the results so far, aggression and focus are slightly up. Still nothing very pronounced, strength and vascularity seem to be steadily increasing. I feel this stack will kick in very nicely over the next couple days, and the prime will kick in week 2 amplifying the greatness lol. I understand I'm sitting with the weight too much with my deadlift, but I have a super strong lower back, and this was the form I decided was best for me. Even still if any of you guys would like to chime in, my ears are wide open for advice.
