Kristofer's Fat-azz Recomp with GLYCOBOL
Okay Gents. Im gonna try to get this gut off this 36 y/o frame. Current weight is a flabby 192 this morning.
I will run this recomp to the End of may.
Primary goal: Flatten stomach and preserve as much muscle as possible.
I got down to 177 last year, but was unhappy with mass loss and strength loss.
Goal will be to be around 180 ish with 12-15% BF.
Lifting experience: on/off about 4 years.
Cycle Support 1-2 times a day with protein shake
Animal Pak 3-5 times a week
Nite time sleep aids
BCAA, EAA, Intra's
Some Kind of preworkout, usually JP8.
4 caps EFA's spread with meals.
Current Training: M-F
Chest, Squats, Arms- Cliffs for now. M, Tu, Thur Respectively.
Cardio Low Intensity 20 Minutes W, F
Additional Training added for this log-cardio
Diet Kcals: 2700-3000
Primarily consisting of:
Oatmeal and Oats
I will report kcals as accurately as possible.
I will be trying log on fitday as much as possible.
As it is, I got called into work today. I have no time this morning but i wanted to get this pic up so you guys could see my fat ass and get me movitated.
I will give as much detail to this log as my life dictates. I work 40+, maintain two properties, help run a family business, girlfriend and toys...
Take it easy on the pics guys. I just rolled out of bed, I am cold and havent touched a weight since last wednesday. (vacation last week and still hit the gym mon/wed)
Tonight will be chest.

Short and Sweet Final Review of:
Anabolic Innovations Presents: Glycobol
Poundage- 9 out of 10-
192 down to 182- BF definately lowered.
Pumps- 8 out of 10-
I felt the pumps in the gym, but never really felt totally pumped ALL the time. I think this would have been different if I was on a bulk and not a cut
I feel glycobol didnt help or hurt libido.
Strength- 10 out of 10-
I managed to keep most if not all of my strength during the cut, which usually does not happen. Very happy with this aspect of glycobol
Appetite- 10 out of 10-
Glycobol or not, I love food.
Effectiveness- 9 out of 10-
I believe it does work(well), I want to use this stuff on a bulk in the future.
Side Effects-? out of 10-
I also experienced the green stools, other than that no real issues.
Overall- 9 out of 10-
I am very happy with glycobol and the results that it delivered. I lost weight and maintained strength in the gym. For me this stands out the most. I must add, I noticed pumps more often when i carbed up.
As with any OTC natural supplement and end results, the most important factors are diet, genes, training and rest.
I will run Glycobol again.

Tonight was chest workout. It was good until the straight bar tweaked my left shoulder.
JP8 Preworkout- 1.5 scoops
Dips 3 sets 15
push ups 3 sets 20
Incline bench, shoulder went to hell........ done with straight bar for awhile.
seated hammer incline bench 3 sets 10
Abs, abs, abs, abs and more abs
1 Glycobol 5 minutes pre-
50 grams protein, 50 carbs oatmeal, SB expresso light 8 am
Chicken and wild brown rice-
1/2 cup each 10:30 am,1:00pm
1 Glycobol 15 minutes pre- 3/4 cup each 4:45pm
Going to pasta house right now.
Going to pop 2 Glycobol 5 minutes pre- and eat the scampi....
Basically spaghetti, olive oil and shrimp, i get extra shrimp.
Be back on later, heading out now.
Back from dinner.
Looks like im at around 2500 calories according to fitday. Im going to add 250 more cals to it, I cant find the exact same salad and pasta I ate.
So im at around 2750......

I am in for this log. We are around the same build with a little extra baggage. I have Glycobol in my drawer full of goodies and will be giving it a shot in a month or so.

Walked the dog for 20 minutes last night, up big hill and down.
Am weight at 189.

Okay back from gym
Leg workout was good, but no ipod so I couldnt get in the zone.
Squats- Parallel and/or ATG
2 X 135# X 10 reps
4 X 185# X 8 reps
Super set Squats and Calf raise
6 X 135# X 8 reps (squats)- ATG, slow,fast, parallel statics, I mix it up.
1 X 135# X 8 CR's
1 X 225# X 8 CR's
2 X 315# X 8 CR's
Leg press hammer machine? I calling it the laying squat machine.
I basically do 4 sets with 200#.
I rep out 8, then i do as many slow 3-5 second statics at parallel as I can(nice burning sensation).
Shrugs 2- 75 dbs
4 X 75 X 8
Very good pump, my legs are feeling it.
Im at 2300 cals according to fitday.
I dose Glycobol around 10-15 minutes prior to eating
8 am 50g/50g Protein/Oats- 1 Cap
11 am Penn Station Hogjaw, Philly sandwich with Fries- 1 Cap
2 pm Pre-workout Oats and Protein 50g/25g respectively- 1 Cap
5 pm Post workout 50g/50g Oats/Protein -1 Cap
Going to have another Shake tonight. So I should be at around 2700 cals.
I will take the dog for another 20 minute walk.
Some cardio tomorrow, probably am fasted for 20 minutes.
Then Arms on Thursday.

Honestly though. Its been rough since thursday last week. Mentally, I am having to deal with something pretty terrible right now. It involves a death. Excercise and this log is helping to get me out(through) of it.
Euphoric feelings are why i do squats. I love the pain/pleasure from doing them. If im not sweating, dizzy and afraid of passing out........
Well then Im not working hard enough.
Not sure what it is, but i get a high from them. lol
A few people have called me borderline S&M...... My enjoyment of pain only pertains to my legs and the workouts associated with them.
So am I sick doc? lol or maybe I should say..
How sick am I doc?

Kcals finished out at 2800 yesterday.
No Am cardio.
Morning weight was 189.
Weather permiting, I will be walking the dog everyday.
My dog walk is talking me 22-25 minutes up the hill and back down.(timed last night)
My goal will be to decrease elapsed time, then increase numbers of laps.
Chest and shoulders are pumped and sore from mondays workout.
Legs are feeling pump and full today. They should be nice and sore tomorrow.
I made some adjustments to my initial post.

A little bit leaner. Way too early IMO. I loaded up on water today, so Im full. But in the morning I looked leaner.
I sure feel pumped though. Cant wait to feel the legs in the morning. lol
Normal diet ritual as usual.
8 am- 50/50g Protein/oatmeal- 1 glycobol cap 15 pre
1:30- 1 glycobol pre
4:30- All 1/2 cups chicken and wild brown rice- 1 glycobol pre
dinner and late night hogjaw
1/2 roasted chicken- 1 glycobol pre
1 can of green beans
then- hour later
10 saltine crackers- no salt
then - hour later
2 scoops isobolic shake
then sometime in the night- lol
1.5 cups shredded wheat cereal
1 cup skim milk
I got hungry.
Two servings of BCAA's throughout the day. Water.
Looking like roasted chicken with some vegetables for dinner. Then a protein shake an hour before bedtime.
I walked the dog after dinner. Actually jogged for about an 1/8 mile. lol
Looks like kcals ended around 2800-3000......

Some of the guys on here are plain sick........Especially the pups. Now, thats who i envy.
Anyways, short handed at work so i am leaving early this morning.
After the gym 2 nite, I will get yesterdays kcals and log lined out. I wrote everything down. I think i went over. Had a late night rendezvous with the shredded wheat and skim milk.......
Legs are sore and pumped....Today should be fun....... lol

Sweet, it's a toss up for me what I like best arm, back or shoulder day, heck anything as long as it's not chest day is my favorite day!! Log is looking great bud, keep hammering those weights!!
