    No really lifting updates until monday nite, progress pics probably wednesday or thursday. Ahh, cars. Yeah, they can be fun. Sometimes they can be not so fun. lol

    No am weight......damnt.

    Looking like Im on a cut for sure. Last two days I have upped cals just a bit.

    Feeling great, had a good nite sleep last night. Got up at 530 this morning and just got done working a bit ago

    Diet thus far has been

    8 am protein 50g, Oats 50g's-GLY
    10:30 1/2 cup each Chix/pasta
    12:00 2 Chicken Breats marinaded and grilled- Yes we grilled at work today. Animal Pak
    1:30 3/4 cup Brown rice-GLY
    2:30 1 snickers bar
    5:15 Homemade cheeseburger with all the fixins- GLY
    late night HJ- lean cusine spaghetti.......ugghhhh.

    kcals ended around 2750

    walk the dog tonight.

  10. So just for all those fillowing and/or using glycobol. Please work up to your dose gradually. I took about 9 or 10 yesterday. And it destoyed my stomach. Its best to work up the the higher doses gradualy if one decides to go more then 4 pills per day. So far today since I start my cut I didn't have many but I'm still feeling it from yesterday!!! Woke uo feeling lean even after all the pizza I ate for my cheat meal muahahhahhah this shiz is strong!

  12. Yea 9 or 10 was pretty rough I've only had maybe 3 today so far but we will see. Imthinking bout puttin just 6 in a gallon instead of 2 this way its more gradual and I don't have to dose any pills just get my gallon in. I'm keepin it easy on my gbol dose till after my finals!!!!

    Am weight 186

    I was really tired last night. Got a good night sleep for sure. Woke up feeling rested and feeling good.

    Its sunday, so its officially slack day for me. Slept in till 9am.

    Diet thus far. Gonna have to walk the dog extra today.

    9:30- 1.25 Biscuit with gravy, 4 pieces bacon, VPX Zero protein shake-GLY
    12:30- 3 pieces of chicken with 1 cups shredded taters- GLY
    3:30 - protein shake
    6- HB Eggs- snacking on hardboiled eggs until dinner
    7:30 2 cups chicken dumplings.........mmmmm- GLY
    9:00 banana
    10:30 VPX Zerotein shake
    Late night HJ- 4 pieces of CWP sausage pizza

    Kcals went over target range to say the least. Probably around 3250 kcals

    Surprisingly am weight is still 186.......

    I went over on kcals yesterday. Im thinking around 3300 total.

    switched my routine around. I will be doing this routine for awhile

    M- Back, Bi's-
    T- Chest, Tri's and Shoulder
    Th- Squats

    Diet thus far today is
    9am - Protien/Oats 50/50g- GLY
    11:30 - Stouffers stuffed bell peppers
    2:30 Penn station small Philly cheesesteak sub with fresh potatoe friest- peanut oil- GLY
    Workout 3:15
    PWO- Protein/Oats 50/50g -GLY
    1 banana-
    HC steamers- GWS-GLY
    Late night HJ- 3 slices of Pizza

    kcals ended at 3125


    Preworkout was 3 Ether tabs and 1.5 scoops of JP8 lemonade
    Workout was nutz
    Warmed up a little bit, pulling and stretching
    Ab circuit 6 total sets then
    Deads
    135#x10x2
    205#x8x4
    275#x4x1
    325x1x1

    Bent rows -100#x8x4 maybe cant remember
    Seated Rows 135#8x4

    Biceps 4 sets of each 8-10 reps
    Straight bar
    Reverse Straight bar
    EZ reverse
    Hammers

    Shrugs- 4x6- 75, 80, 70, 65

    I havent done deads in months. I start very deep, so my hams and glutes get most of the damage. They are weaker then my back. It felt very good doing deads again. You will see trap growth on me from these.

    Im very excited to switch up my routine, I think i will see some overall growth if i get the diet dialed in .
