Legs started getting sore, pumped and I knew they were going to hurt on saturday.
Busy arse day........ Dusk till dawn......
8:00 am Protein/Oats- GLY
10:00 am 1/2 cup C/R
12:30 pm 3/4 cup C/R-GLY
1:30 pm small bag of crunchers
4:30 pm 2 cups tutto mare seafood pasta- GLY
5:30 pm bratwarst with bun
6:30 pm 1 serving smokehouse almonds
8:30 pm 2 cups spaghetti with meatballs and sauce- GLY
Day after squats hogjawls in effect.

Legs are torched......... Pumped and swollen, hard to sit down and get up. lol
No am weight, tomorrow is the day.......

I understand how you feel with the legs. I did the hack squat machine yesterday and my last set was 3 plates per side. Then I did leg press with 5 and 6 plates before moving on to the rest. This morning I woke up knowing I was going to be in pain and then my youngest boy comes flying in and lands his knee right on my quad. I almost screamed like a bish. LOL
Great job on the diet. It seems you are doing well sticking with your plan!

Last day, weight was 182.
Felt really good this morning, nice and pumped. Legs are finally feeling good.
Diet today hasnt been the best
10:00 am Protein/Oats ritual- GLY
12:00 pm Protein shake
3:00 pm Penn station sub- 3 GLY
5:30 pm protein shake
Still need dinner and a snake.
I was playing all day and didnt eat for shizzel.

As promised, the finale. Final weight this morning was 182.
I feel i didnt keep to the diet as strict as it should have been, also I didnt do enough cardio. Overall, I am very happy with glycobol though. Total weight dropped was 10 pounds +/- I will give my final review on the second post of the thread. I am giving it a 9 out of 10 though.
I know i lost weight, my pants and shirts are fitting me alot different in the waist area.
I dont know how to pose and I am working with a timed camera by myself. So, bear with me. lol.
Im not trying hide anything. This pics are of me less than 1 hour after waking up and cold.

Yes, I will use it in a bulk diet though. I feel I didnt give Glycobol its due justice with the diet restrictions.

I'm on keto I use 1 pslin and 1 glycobol perday put each in a gallon jug with my essentials dolamite creatine and crystal lite. Drink it through out the day

If your on a cut, try taking it fasted before bed, I got solid results that way , as swell as taking it throughout the day.
