Well today is day 2 and I am not really noticing anything different. Libido is high, bit it has been ever since my last PCT ended. I feel good as usual, no sides or anything. One thing(may be placebo and I just haven't paid attention) my skin seems to be a little more oily than normal. I mean just a tad more, nothing really even noticeable. Other than that, nothing more to note. Oh, and I took 2 caps when I woke up btw. That's my dosing scheme so far.
Not sure if the Formex has anything to do with it, but last night I had the most VIVID and CRAZY dreams! The 1-carboxy used to cause this, but nothing out of the ordinary lately. Last night was just nuts though. I woke up this morning and I feel so damn good. Happy, energetic, horny, etc lol. I haven't had that deep of sleep in a really long time. Maybe it's the Formex, maybe it's a combination of the Formex and 1-carboxy, i'm not sure. We'll see what tonight holds. Today I am going to try 1 cap in the morning and 1 cap an hour pre-wo. I'll update how it goes later tonight when I get back from the gym
Ugh, couldn't get a babysitter tonight, so i'll be hitting the gym tomorrow. The fiancee and I go together, so we have to get a sitter every time. It's all good, had a lot of stuff to do around the house anyway. Will update tomorrow morning after I get back from the session.

Standing Cable Curls w/ EZ Attachment - 180 - 8,4,3 = 15 (+5lbs) Did 16 total using 175 last time.
Reverse EZ Curls - Skipped cuz there wasn't enough time. Had an appt with a lady for our wedding cake
Smith Squats - 365 - 6 (+10lbs)
Widowmaker - 265x20 (+10lbs)
Smith Calve Raises - 280 - 55 fast, then 20 with 4sec negs. (+10lbs)
Don't think i'm bullshytting you about the poundage increases. If anyone has ever trained DC style, you know how it goes. You gain strength literally every time you hit the gym. I ALWAYS will add weight first, and if it's too much, i'll take it back off and i'll at LEAST get an increase in reps from the last time I did an exercise. That's why it's the best program hands down IMO.
Weight - Not sure, won't be weighting myself daily as it is counter productive IMO. I will update weight weekly. Possibly every few days. I weigh myself in the morning on random days.
Libido - Same as usual(high)
Aggression(positive) - Increased a bit
Appetite - About the same
Strength - Up a little more than usual considering my pre-wo diet sucked. All I had was a 50g whey shake w/ milk, lol. Also had 4 beers last night which was dumb, but oh well. I honestly just wanted to get rid of them from my fridge haha.
Vascularity - Increased while un-pumped AND in the gym. Nothing crazy, but veins that usually only appear in the gym, are starting to be visible slightly 24/7.
Endurance - Same
Sides - Skin a tad more oily than usual, but that's it.
Overall Mood - Increased a little bit.
Pumps - Had a pretty nice pump during the squats and cable curls. Better than usual, so that was nice and definitely more noticeable.
I'm digging the Formex so far and it's comparable to TD form as of now. I'm hoping it only gets better though and surpasses TD form in overall effectiveness.
Anyone know if there is a set mg for mg comparison between Formex and TD form? Or at least a rough estimate? Also, what is the 1/2 life of Formex? I may mess around with dosing and see if I notice any difference. I took 1 cap about 3hrs pre-wo and another cap 45min pre-wo today btw.
