Mental Alertness/Focus: I HAVE to be on my game today; got lots of work to do...
Energy: Whew! Had it for HIT, but I could feel myself peetering out after ~20 minutes (pushing myself on)...
Motivation: I KNOW WHERE I WANT TO BE AND WHAT I HAVE TO DO TO GET THERE!
Stress: Far too high (cortisol management products are made for me!)
Libido: Certainly there.
Joints: Left wrist pain is not as bad as it has been...
Quality of Training: It was something different this morning, and longer than I would normally do re HIT (or HIIT; in fact, than MOST of my cardio), but I was ok. Lower legs were SCREAMING by the end of my first set of Stairs, and only got worse, but I kept on.
Pump and Vascularity: Pump in legs!...Vascularity awesome (still want it BETTER)...
