Hey everyone!!! I have used this site for a while now - looking up information, learning stuff - and have now decided it is finally time to contribute something. I researched a shiitt ton of supps, and after picking out a "few" I thought looked freakin awesome I have them, thanks to great parents and a well planned out "little Christmas list" lol. I have wanted to do a log for some time, and hope to gain some mass while losing the much expected "christmas weight" that I have put on. Basically I am excited as F***!!!!:head:. One last thing: Merry Christmas everyone, hope its bada**:thumbsup:

GOAL: REACH 200, and lose bf and 2 inches on waistline while focusing on increasing chest and shoulder measurements.

Stats and background:19 years old, 6'0, 193 with a bodyfat anywhere from 16-18% (dont have any calipers, all I have is one of those ironman scales that reads 15 % bf- which def. isnt accurate; I got enough freakin body fat to seriously doubt that.) Lifted on and off since I was 17 and just had surgery this summer, during which the only workouts I really had for 3 months consisted of drinking and late night "partying" with "friends" ;). I started out in August at 171 with some muscle left, with arms then measuring 14.5 and a waist measuring 33 inches.

Current stats:
Arms: 15.25
Legs: 24.5, unflexed
Shoulders:48
Chest:40.75
Waist:36.125(relaxed, after eating a nice christmas lunch;good shiitt :food:.

I plan on putting up before and after pics on the log, too, and will try to keep a daily update with my workout. VERY EXCITED.WIsh me luck!!!:head:

Also, if anyone has any suggestions on my supp. cycle, or how to take them, they are gladly welcomed. I know I will be taking enough supps to open my own mini gym, but would gladly do so than screw my boys up at my age on a prohormone/steroid cycle lol. Thanks again guys!!!

Day 1-

Last night I had a little "distraction" come visit me lol, so I didnt get as much sleep as I wanted. When I woke up I felt pretty groggy, and thought my workout was in for hell. But about 30 minutes in my workout I started kickin it into overdrive. Maybe powerfull kicks in quick but idk. Not much else to note, except that Im already sore as FOKK!!!.Regardless, today's workout was badass.


Workout 1: Back and Bi's

I typically went in the mornings with my girlfriend and workout partner. Rec was pretty free then. Ya I plan to throw down at Golds next year. A really cool guy named Thomas workout there. on here he is (vikinginc) hit him up I'm sure he can meet up with you and help you out in person!

Supplement thoughts: I think PowerFull and the sleep benefits are definitely beginning to show. Sleep is beginning, IMO, to feel deeper, and although I haven't slept nearly as much the last few days, I am feeling much more refreshed and energized throughout the day. Muscles are looking slightly fuller already; I attribute that to the creatine from the muscle synergy and dark matter. Possibly a bit hornier too from the test. boosters. :)

Supplement Review(s): Took my first dose of Jacked today. Its effing bad***!!! I probably would have tried to stay in the gym until closing if I didnt have to take my sister to the orthodontist lol. Taste is amazing too, I ordered the lemon lime and it tastes like Sprite!! I only took two scoops; even that seemed like it was almost too much (almost puked on the weights, had to hold it back lol). This has definitely got to be my favorite preworkout drink, and I have never had a better pump in my life. My workout partner even told me he HAS to get some after watchin me train and seeing the pump I got. Today at the gym for me was equivalent to what Disneyworld is probably like for a 5 year old lol. Still energized as hell and I worked out at 1:00. No noted nervousness, about to go do some cardio so Ill stop bouncin off the walls :).

Question regarding Phyto test since i can buy methoxy anywhere and the testofen can essentially be bought anywhere too, save the exceptional sublingual delivery method, i may add more. could prolly save like 20 bucks n buy my own little poor mans concoction. ive recently noticed a lotta ppl using the two in excess doses (1200mg a day each). and reportin good results. what do yall think? any advice

Question: Arachidonic acid is a precursor to many different inflammatory chemicals. One of them, PGF2A is involved in several aspects of postexercise muscular repair. According to an article I read the more damaging an exercise the greater release of postmuscular repair. One example of this is eccentric emphasis. Would anyone speculate on this type of workout (eccentric focus) enhancing the effects of the X Factor I am taking. I was just wondering, because since I started this type of workout, I have started gaining weight steadily each day. Sorry if this has already been discussed, just thought it was interesting.

ya i have noticed a little bloat, possibly some fat gain, but decent size gains regardless. i was hoping to have my DCP by now to minimize any, but I still havent gotten my order in yet :frustrate

Today is my off day, but since my rotator cuff was bugging me last chest day I figure I will confuse bi's today, go back to schedule next week, and make my off day tommorow. That way my shoulders will get an extra day of rest for chest day. Will edit this later with an update on my workout.

Day 24: off (just got back to college, and had to go to a party. didnt drink any, so it sucked :(. but hey, one less thing to worry about, and i plan on keepin it that way for now.

Day 25: Back, Bis, Forearms

Notes: i am now taking a week break, or two, using a 12 rep range instead of the FD/FS program. I am doing this because I am following the FD/FS program as though I am an advanced lifter, which I definitely am not, and dont want to overtrain. It was definitely a good idea, because my bi's are incredibly sore today.

Day 26: Shoulders and tris

Notes:
Started hitting tris with a bit more frequency; starting to notice a little bit greater density in that area. Bi's are good. Arms were 16!! flexed (after workout, but still its a feat i have yet to ever even see :) ).However for some reason i looked really bloated today :(.

updates
stress-was through the roof..typically have trouble focusing and zone out all day in class and then stress out, then get anxiety having to talk to people because i am so withdrawn at the moment..hate that feeling.
sleep-incredible the past week. I have been sleeping deeper than ever, and better than ever. I usually wake up a couple times a night; now its only about once, and I pass out just as quickly as i woke up.
Focus-on and off. when i am focused, i notice an increased sense of well being and increased happiness as well. the only exception is when i either zone out or stress, because then i get into a trance thinking about shiit until i get a headache.
Aggression-increasing
Fullness-definite improvement. all day long. Getting extreme pumps.

Day 27: off
Day 28: Chest, forearms

Notes:Good news: ARMS UP to 15.75 INCHES. UP 1/2 Inch. Chest looks bigggg
Bad news: waist is 37.625.
Good news: diet has been shitttt. pretty much all year tho. Starting cardio and getting diet in check now. Lose weight pretty easy so I may not get the 2 inches off on waist that i planned but i should easily be back to where i was during the starting measurements. Hope to get arms to 16 and at this rate-1/2 inch in a month- I should easily get there

Update: weight is up a little more than 30 pounds from the start of the year!!!!. Figure I
have gained about 10 pounds of fat from the start, but again I can lose weight pretty easily with just a decent diet, minus muscle loss.

Update; hit weight goal of 200 this morning. Should be able to keep it there and recomp a bit
