Small Log - GM/PW/Trione/MFX/HDX2/JW/X-Factor
After having a 6 month break I went back to the gym 6 weeks ago. I lost about 6 pounds of muscle and a whole lot of strength. My overall strength is back almost completely right now, I'd say at about 90% of what it used to be. My weight is about 207lbs right now and I'm 6'1". Bodyfat is somewhere around 16% which is pretty high in my opinion.
I had a lot of supplements sitting on a shelf collecting dust and I thought it would be nice to stack them. Here's a list:
1 tub of Green Magnitude (Sour Green Apple)
1 tub of Purple Wraath (Juicy Grape)
1.5 bottles of Trione from Nutra (exact same compound as 6OXO)
1 bottle of MassFX Maximum Strength
1 bottle of Hyperdrol X2
2/3 bottle Jungle Warfare (63caps)
and 500 grams of Bulk X-Factor from nutra
I already started taking 3 caps of Trione before bed for the last two weeks. Libido and agression in the gym are way up! Don't know if it's a placebo or not, although study has
shown androstenetrione can raise free testosterone levels.
Anyway, the rest of the cycle will be looking like this(started last friday):
Green Magnitude: 2 scoops on workout days, 1 scoop on non WO-days.
Purple Wraath: 1 scoop on workout days (pre- and intra-workout).
Trione: 3 caps before bed ED (started 2 weeks ago)
Mass FX: 4 caps ED
Hyperdrol: 4 caps ED
X-Factor: 10grams ED (=1gram of AA) pre-workout or with 5th meal on non WO-days.
The last 20 days of the cycle I'll be adding JW at 3 caps ED.
My diet is pretty clean, I eat about 4500 kcal a day. Lots of brown rice,
pasta and oatmeal for carbs. And lots of chicken, fish and cottage cheese for protein.
I eat fatty fish every day which provides enough fat. I cheat every wednesday, I share a whole apple pie with a friend at work. I like pie!
Other supplements I take:
And a custom supplement from Custom Capsule with ALA, Evodiamine, Cissus, Horny Goat Weed, Sulbutiamine, Rhodiola Rosea and lots of other stuff.
My workout looks like this:
I train 3 days a week and I have 4 diffrent workouts: A1, A2, B1 and B2. A1 and A2 are push workouts, and B1 and B2 are pull workouts.
I cycle my workouts. For example: on monday I do workout A1, then on wednesday B1, on
saturday A2 and then monday B2. And of course Wednesday A1 again and so on and so forth.
Benchpress - 5 sets - 12,10,8,6,15 reps
Squats - 5 sets - 12,10,8,6,6 reps
Skull Crushers - 4 sets - 12,8,8,8 reps
Seated Calf Raises - 4 sets - 12,12,12,12 reps
Seated Dumbell Shoulder Press - 4 sets - 12,8,8,8 reps
Incline Dumbell Press - 5 sets - 12,10,8,8,8 reps
Leg Press - 5 sets - 12,10,8,8,8 reps
Narrow Grip Bench Press - 4 sets - 12,8,8,8 reps
Calf Raises in Leg Press Machine - 4 sets - 12,12,12,12 reps
Lateral Side Raises - 4 sets - 12,8,8,8 reps
Deadlift - 5 sets - 12,10,8,6,6 reps
Wide Grip Latpull - 4 sets - 12,8,8,6 reps
Narrow Grip Seated Cable Rows - 5 sets - 12,10,8,6,15 reps
Barbell Curls - 4 sets - 12,8,8,8 reps
Shrugs - 4 sets - 10,10,10,10 reps
Stiff-Legged Deadlift - 4 sets - 12,8,8,8 reps
Narrow Grip Lat Pull - 4 sets - 12,8,8,8 reps
Wide Grip Seated cable Rows - 5 sets - 12,8,8,8,15 reps
Cable Curls - 4 sets - 12,8,8,8 reps
Shrugs - 4 sets - 10,10,10,10 reps
I'll be logging my process over the next few weeks. It'll be a small and simple log 'cause I don't have time to log every day, but I'll keep you guys updated.

Today I did workout B2. Nothing special yet other than some nice pumps. Endurance was pretty good as well.

Day 5, 6, 7 and 8
Day 5 was a day off. Day 6 I did workout A1, nothing special to report other than insane pumps!
Yesterday and today have been off days.
My muscles are really sore, probably caused by the Arachidonic Acid?
My appetite is also insane! Today I woke up at like 3 in the morning feeling so hungry. Good thing I had a bag of peanuts and a can of fish next to my bed!
Tomorrow I'm throwing in the Jungle Warfare, we'll see how that goes.
Weight is still about the same(this morning 208lbs). I'm a little bit heavier but that's probably just water. Muscles look fuller though, especially my shoulders.
Tomorrow morning I'll be doing workout B1, hoping to see some strength gains.

I went to the gym this morning and my workout was amazing! Very nice strength increases. I did 210lbs on the lat pull for 6 reps. Last time I did latpull I could only do 6 reps at 190lbs. I don't know if I just had a good day or if the stack is starting to do its job. We'll see what next week holds for us(yes, I'm referring to myself in the first person plural).
Oh yeah, weight is up as well, 210.5lbs so that's +3.5lbs. At least half of that's probably water, but still nice.

Day 10,11 and 12
Day 10 was an off day.
Yesterday, day 11, was Push-day again. Strength was up again. On the Dumbell Shoulder Press I did a set with 62 pound dumbells, 6 reps. Last time I could only get 3 reps, so I'm satisfied with that. All other exercises went pretty good as well.
Today's an off day as well. My quads and pecs are pretty sore and I'm starting te feel my triceps right now.
So far I'm very satisfied with this stack. I feel good, my workouts are very intense, libido is up and I look fuller and a little harder.
I'm thinking about getting an extra bottle of Jungle Warfare and maybe a bottle of Reversitol or something alike to add another 4 weeks to this cycle.

Wow, I keep getting stronger every workout! I'm as strong as I've ever been, and I look at least as good as I've ever looked.
Today's pull-workout was so intense!
I have another two weeks left on MassFX and Hyperdrol.
And I ordered a bottle of Activate Xtreme, a bottle of Reversitol and another bottle of Jungle Warfare.
So I have 6 weeks of JW left, and 2 weeks from now, when I'm out of MFX and HDX2 I'm starting with AX and Reversitol.
If I can keep up this progress the next few weeks I'm sure to set a lot of new personal records.
Btw, I was wondering if someone is actually following this log, since there have been no replies so far...

Day 14, 15 and 16
Day 14 and today, day 16, have been off days.
Yesterday's workout (day 15) was once again really intense!
I did 6 reps with 90lbs dumbells on the incline dumbell press. My chest felt like it was exploding. I feel amazing all day and I'm bigger than I've ever been in my life!
My weight is up to 213lbs!!! (+6lbs)
My libido has been slightly lower the last few days so I'm adding 2 tablets of Diesel Test Hardcore ED.
I'm really exited about these products. This is far beyond my expectations.

i beleive JW has 6-DMT in it which is a weak steroid. , but also inhibiting too much estrogen can cause libido issues as well. try dosing one of the AIs EOD

anytime, but id rather see u dose the HDX2 EOD because in reality thats the AI in your stack that causes the e2 levels to drop, E2 levels dont lower on trione, they stay the same.
although i really dont think that that stack should cause libido issues, try the HDX2 EOD or just cut the dose in half. and see if that helps

Ok there's nothing wrong with my libido. I had a great time with my girlfriend. I felt unstoppable. If anything, my libido is up, but not the whole time.
It's very strange, I don't really think about sex the whole day but arousal is much more intense. Has any one else ever felt like this on (one of) these products?

Day 17 and 18
Yesterday was an off day. I went to a chinese restaurant. It was all you can eat so I had a lot of rice and meat. Great stuff!
Today's pull workout was pretty good. I did 220lbs on the narrow grip lat-pull (6 reps) and 220lbs on wide grip seated cable rows(8 reps). Both new personal records!
Weight is up to 216lbs!!(+9lbs) Bodyfat seems to be down a bit.
Everything is going great. Workouts are intense, strength is through te roof, muscles are much fuller and I have some crazy forearm vascularity during my workouts.

Day 19 and 20
Yesterday was an off day and I was kind of tired so I went to bed early.
But today I still felt lethargic. Luckily my workout went great. I set a new personal record: 6 reps with 70lbs dumbells on the seated dumbell shoulder press. I've never been able to do this before! Feels great. Strength on all other exercises is up, but no other personal records have been set.
But I do have a problem, for some reason I feel shut down. My testicles are a bit smaller than usual, and I feel kind of slow all day.
I've really been thinking about how surpressive these products can be. Can these products really suppress your axis? Can some one shine some light on this?

so that can be the reason for the shut down, and having the mass FX in there isnt helping the cause (divanil frees up test, from SHBG, but 6 DMT and other steroids all lower SHBG to almost nil) the trion and HDX2 would be good PCT and add mass FX later.
i dont know what GM and PW are though so i cannot comment on those.

So what do you recommend? Should I save what I have left of HDX2 and Trione for after JW? I was planning on doing another 4 weeks of JW, but I'm not sure if I should. I also have a bottle of Reversitol which is basically 6-bromodione and resveratrol.
It really sucks if the 6-dehydromethyltestosterone in JW is shutting me down. If I'm going to be shut down, let it be on 10 weeks of Test. Enanthate, not on this stuff. I'm happy with my results so far, and I started taking JW knowing it had a mild steroid in it, but I really wasn't expecting shutdown and testicular atrophy so quick. I have some Tamoxifen Citrate, but that probably won't be necessary. Thanks for your input, crazyfool.

Ok so this is my last week on HDX2 and MFX. Weight is up to 220.5lbs (+13.5lbs).
I don't think anyone is really following this log(or are you?), so I guess this will be my last post in this topic.
I have 2 weeks of JW left, dosing at 6 caps a day. And Activate Xtreme at 4 caps a day for 4 weeks, starting tomorrow. I felt shutdown on day 20 but that wasn't the case. I just had a few bad days I guess. My balls seem slightly smaller but they always kind of fluctuate in size. I feel great now. Strength and size are better than ever. No side-effects to report other than a little acne and extreme morning wood.
Overall I'm very happy with this stack. I highly recommend these products. Awesome!

Ok great, I really wanted to share my experiences but I had the idea no one was reading.
Anyway, here it goes:
Day 21 and 22
Went to the gym at 11:45. Pull day. Did some deadlifts with 285 on the heaviest set. I used to deadlift more, but I don't want to overdo it after having such a long break.
Strength on all other exercises is up again.
Another push workout.
80lbs on the incline dumbell press, 8 reps, that's two more than last time. My chest has shown a lot of improvement. Chest has always been a problem area for me. It's really hard for me to add mass to my chest so I'm happy with any gains.
Off Day. Went to bed early to get enough rest for next day's workout.
Pull Day. Did 230lbs on the seated wide grip cable rows, 8 reps. New personal record! I feel very strong and energetic in the gym which is a big plus for me.
Off Day. I've been really really hungry today. I still have 3 more meals to go and I've already had about 3500kcal. My back is also really sore, which is good. I kind of like muscle soreness.
Tomorrow is another off day, and saturday morning I'll be in the gym again for another push-workout.
It's a shame I don't have a camera, I really wanted to take pictures for this log and for myself.
