I stay away from vanilla(ish) flavors too, unless they go into crazy shakes with lots of fruit and juice. Then they outdo chocolate - I try to keep a variety of tubs on hand to fit the need.

After today, my cycle will be half way over. I was freaking exhausted today, and just didn't feel like working out. I forced myself to go, but I just really didn't have it in me. Soooo tired. I took 4 RPM's & 5 cissus caps pre-workout, and pushed myself - but my strength just wasn't there. I didn't wanna give up, so I switched things up a little, and pushed harder than I thought I could anyways.

Done. Pooped. Time to go home and eat. Last one to leave the gym. Again. After my first two exercises I was ready to throw in the towel, so I went with the 'burn mother ****er, burn' method of torture instead -- trisets. Unnecessary trisets. ****ing brutal. I'm sure I was making all kinds of faces. LOL.
Seriously though, I'm spent. I just wasn't feeling it today, but I pushed anyways and kinda made something out of nothing, so I'm proud of today's work.
And now I'm going to sleep! More updates tomorrow, but for now, I'm beat!!

Good job at stickin to it any how... this is how I was feeling this last tues before shoulders and Tris and was gonna sluff off till the next day... so glad I didnt, very awesome workout and YES was dead tired after.
Take a loooooong nap and a break tomorrow, sould help considerably.

I was tired, had no energy or drive.
I felt totally spent out and was tempted to walk out in a middle of a workout because it just felt like pointless torture.
Still, I grit my teeth and finished it

Honestly, I'm one to talk... I do the same thing.
I wonder how much weight you'd have to drop for how long, and what kind of length of time it would take to get back to where you were if you decided to stop lifting with gloves and go barehanded on all your exercises. I've been contemplating doing it, but I know it would set me back a good bit all around the board.

Last night I went to Fuddruckers and had a 1lb. burger. It was pretty good. I can eat those kind of burgers cuz they're not that greasy. But Five Guys I just can't stomach. Oh, I also noticed that the Fuddruckers menu still has ostrich and buffalo burgers, so I'm gonna have to try those one of these days.

Day 21: Saturday, October 11

3 days in a row weighing in at 187. Slept about 9 hours Friday night. Woke up groggy. Ate, layed around, and passed out for like 5 hours. Then I had a cheat meal.
Oh yeah, I took a picture on Thursday too that I forgot to put up, so I guess here's that as well:
I think my traps have gotten a little thicker.
I laid around the house some more, and I cheated again in the evening. Fuddruckers 1lb. burger. It was yummy. Lazy, unproductive day, and I'm totally cool with that. Gotta have those every once in a while.
