Word up! They were amazing. And looking back at what I wrote, I just wanna clarify that when I said best players to "touch a football" I was talking about bringing the ball out of the backfield. I wouldn't debate QB's vs. RB's vs. safteties, cuz it's kind of all apples and oranges.

I really don't feel like going to the gym today. I've had a long week and I just wanna chill. I need some motivation. Meh.

I felt like that today too. And I didn`t have my gloves and the deadlifts absolutely tore up my hands without them, usually I go for 8-10 sets, but after 4 it felt like they were being ripped off so I just blasted some HIIT and called it a day.

But you, you need to workout so you can eat an insane PWO meal and show us the great cooking

I`ve gone through over 15lbs personally, and 30lbs to my friends. Cinnamon Bun is not over-hyped in the least.

Wishing I'd seen this before ordering my cupcake the other day, lol. I'm sure it'll taste great, but the cinnabun sounds extremely versatile. I make my own pancakes, and that would ROCK in them! Dont look like much but even my wife loves them:

    1 cup Cottage Cheese
    1/2 cup Oats
    6 egg whites
    [insert ATW Cinnabun here!]
    dab of vanilla extract

blend that sh*t up and pan fry it

Cupcake is "okay"... You should enjoy it. It's just not quite up to the hype. You could do a lot worse for yourself.

Well, it's the first non-chocolate protein I've EVER bought, theres a bit of adventure showing up LOL (not counting the ON sampler, which was DISGUSTING all the way through).

Wow, really? I typically enjoy ON... Really like Extreme Milk Chocolate - and took a leap of faith on Choc Mint.

I stay away from vanilla(ish) flavors too, unless they go into crazy shakes with lots of fruit and juice. Then they outdo chocolate - I try to keep a variety of tubs on hand to fit the need.

    Lightbulb

    Day 20: Friday, October 10

    Weight: 187 (+6.2)

After today, my cycle will be half way over. I was freaking exhausted today, and just didn't feel like working out. I forced myself to go, but I just really didn't have it in me. Soooo tired. I took 4 RPM's & 5 cissus caps pre-workout, and pushed myself - but my strength just wasn't there. I didn't wanna give up, so I switched things up a little, and pushed harder than I thought I could anyways.

Workout #9 on stack - Shoulders & traps!!!

    Barbell overhead presses
    45 x 20
    115 x 12
    135 x 6

    Dumbbell shoulder presses
    50 x 12
    60 x 10
    70 x 6

Dumbbell front raises / dumbbell seated front raises / dumbbell rear lateral raises TRISETS!!
    30 x 12 / 20 x 12 / 25 x 12
    30 x 12 / 20 x 12 / 25 x 12

Dumbbell shoulder press / dumbbell front raises / dumbbell rear lateral raises TRISET!!
    40 x 20 / 20 x 12 / 25 x 12

I couldn't really move my arm after finishing these, so I hit the stationary bike and rode 3 miles @ ~90-110 RPM. Then onto traps.

    Traps

    Dumbbell shrugs
    100 x 12

    Smith reverse shrugs
    225 x 12
    275 x 10
    295 x 3
    225 x 15
    225 x 15
    225 x 15

Done. Pooped. Time to go home and eat. Last one to leave the gym. Again. After my first two exercises I was ready to throw in the towel, so I went with the 'burn mother ****er, burn' method of torture instead -- trisets. Unnecessary trisets. ****ing brutal. I'm sure I was making all kinds of faces. LOL.

Seriously though, I'm spent. I just wasn't feeling it today, but I pushed anyways and kinda made something out of nothing, so I'm proud of today's work.

And now I'm going to sleep! More updates tomorrow, but for now, I'm beat!!

OK, now I'm worried, not only do I feel useless posting on Irish Cannon's log 'cause you already say everything I want to say, but now this: DAY31 of my log:

I was tired, had no energy or drive.
I felt totally spent out and was tempted to walk out in a middle of a workout because it just felt like pointless torture.
Still, I grit my teeth and finished it

But you, you need to workout so you can eat an insane PWO meal and show us the great cooking
Why are you wearing gloves? Especially for deadlifts?

Honestly, I'm one to talk... I do the same thing.

I wonder how much weight you'd have to drop for how long, and what kind of length of time it would take to get back to where you were if you decided to stop lifting with gloves and go barehanded on all your exercises. I've been contemplating doing it, but I know it would set me back a good bit all around the board.

Thanks, fellas! I did take a long nap yesterday.... Too long. I slept the whole day away. Again! LOL. Missed some meals, but I got much needed sleep, so it's a trade off I'm willing to deal with for now.

I felt totally spent out and was tempted to walk out in a middle of a workout because it just felt like pointless torture.
Still, I grit my teeth and finished it

Are you my lost twin brother Shaddow ?!!
Hmmm... Now that would be something, wouldn't it! You wouldn't happen to have any Colombian in you, would you?

I have seen tons of Sonic commercials, but I've never actually seen a Sonic. And the pic Roland (I think it was him) posted of In-N-Out was NOT appealing to me. I dunno. It just looked like a big greasy burger that would upset my stomach like 2 minutes later. I just can't eat stuff like that.

Do you have "Five guys burgers and fries" there?

That is a place that is starting to franchise FAST...but their food is awesome!
We've got Five Guys out here, and that's exactly what I'm talking about. Grease burgers. I can't stand that ****. To each their own, but those burgers make me ill.

Last night I went to Fuddruckers and had a 1lb. burger. It was pretty good. I can eat those kind of burgers cuz they're not that greasy. But Five Guys I just can't stomach. Oh, I also noticed that the Fuddruckers menu still has ostrich and buffalo burgers, so I'm gonna have to try those one of these days.

    Lightbulb

    Day 21: Saturday, October 11

    Weight: 187 (+6.2)

3 days in a row weighing in at 187. Slept about 9 hours Friday night. Woke up groggy. Ate, layed around, and passed out for like 5 hours. Then I had a cheat meal.

Oh yeah, I took a picture on Thursday too that I forgot to put up, so I guess here's that as well:

I think my traps have gotten a little thicker.

I laid around the house some more, and I cheated again in the evening. Fuddruckers 1lb. burger. It was yummy. Lazy, unproductive day, and I'm totally cool with that. Gotta have those every once in a while.
