White Flood and Green Mag
Just curious what your guys thoughts were on white flood and green mag. I'm switching from N.O. Explode and Cellmass because they're too expensive, but they work. Also what are your guys thought on Shock therapy and storm by universal?

Both are great choices IMO! Lots of feedback in the supplement section!

Yep, both are great and Renegade pretty much summed it all up. But in case you need another testimonial, I find White Flood and Green MAG to be very effective and I'm sure Universal's products would be too.

I've used White Flood, very good pre w/o product IMO, it delivers a smooth, focused energy IME. I have yet to try Green Mag, but the feedback is overwhelmingly positive.
I've also used both Storm and Shock Therapy (both multiple times), which are also a great products. Both stacks are also very cost-effective, so either way you can't go wrong!

universal storm is by far the best creatine supplement i have ever used. and I have used monohydrate, micronized, and CEE (the worst IMO).

the only real gains i've ever felt were from monohydrate, micronized, and universal storm. Not surprisingly, storm contains both of them. Strangely though, I never got cramps from storm, but I got horrible cramps and nausea from weider monohydrate, even though as a track runner my 800M improved drastically because of it.

i will say though, you will retain water and lots of it. It took only two servings post workout over two workout days and i gained at least 2 lbs of water weight. i was bloated beyond belief and I hated the way I looked. Psychology to me is so important in this game, so I'd rather look better than to actually be stronger on the creatine.

Ive only had the sample sizes from CL so I cant comment on effectiveness but the green mag taste delicious, and I have seen great reviews on their product, you will surley be much happier than with the BSN products (especially in the wallet)

As for the Universal products, I am running their "Big Picture Stack" (Shock Therapy, Intra-Aid, and Torrent) in a sponsored log now, you should check out the log if these products interest you, I am only in week 1.5 now so I don't have a solid opinion yet, but the products are certainly showing to be effective so far, and the torrent taste absolutely incredible.

I was using NO Explode for about two years and than I found out about White Flood..........You will be very happy with the results.

Currentlly using Shock Therapy and Storm and I am completley satisified. Also both products are very affordable which is a big factor when I am trying to decide what supps to buy.
