Not alot to add today, not much of anything has changed, didn't expect it too. Last night BP was 136/83 so not too bad. I have had a slight headache the past two days, which is weird, never have headaches.. Tomorrow is my cadio day, probably hit a little legs and abs. Missed legs and abs on friday. Oh weighed in on my scale, not super accurate, but close, 181 this morning.
EDIT: Now that I think about it, headaches my be due to DHEA. For some reason I was dosing 100mg, I know it's not a considerable difference than 75mg, but just cut down, we'll see if that helps....
Hit up the gym for a while this morning... Worked on the wheels a little, don't do that very often. The reason for that is that I'm trying to build my calf's up before I build my wheels. I was born with bilaterial club feet, "my feet were turned backwards", and had two reconstructive sugries, and was in casts up to my knees until I was 3, and again when I was 13. So my legs look liked like toothpicks! I have been working on them really hard and they are finally starting to build! So I will work wheels once a week. Today I added 10lbs to my seated calf raise!

Then I did 30 min. HIIT cardio, didn't really get winded like I usually do!! Sweated my balls off, haven't done cadio in 2 weeks.
Split 10mg pre/10mg post-legs feel like wet noodles! Weight was same 181. Tomorrow should be fun, my 1st real lift day, since I've been ON! Gonna tear it up!

It's a matter of personal opinion mostly. I would run it alongside the Nolva, but I think I would run it at 600/500/300/200. 6-OXO is not very strong IMO!! THE THUNDERGOD
