Tomorrow I will be starting my second cycle, my first cycle of Epi. I have been preloading for a week with a 1000 mg of MT and will continue with 500gm MT and 1 scoop CS nightly. Training is as follows:

M-Chest/Shoulders/Tri's/Forearms
T-Bi's/Back/Abs/Legs
W-OFF/Cardio if not being lazy
T-Chest/Shoulders/Tri's/Forearms
F-Bi's/Back/Abs/Legs
S-OFF
S-OFF/Cardio

Diet:

5 a.m.-No Xplode/Pre W/O shake/Spike-Will cut NO while "ON"

7 a.m.-Post W/O Cellmass/ 1 1/2 cup Oats/1 Scoop ON/2 TBSP P.B.-Will cut Cellmass while "ON"

10:30 a.m.-Turkey Sandwich on WW/ 1/2 cup CC

12:00 p.m.-6 oz. Chicken Breast/1 Cup Veggies/1 Cup Brown Rice or WW Pasta

2:30 p.m.-1/3 cup Soy Nuts/Gronola Bar/Yogurt/1 Scoop ON

5:00p.m.-1 1/2 Cup Oats/2 TBSP P.B./1 Scoop ON/1 Cup Milk

6:30 p.m.-6 oz Chicken Breast/Veggies/Baked Potato-Or 8 Oz. Lean Steak

8:30 p.m-Shake/1/2 Cup Yogurt/1 TBSP Extra Virgin OO/1 Scoop ON

Layout as follows:

Cycle Support:On and through PCT
DHEA:75/75/75/75

PCT
Natty Test Booster, haven't picked one yet, have AE on hand if I need it.
Nolva:20/20/10/10
DHEA:50/50/25/25

Also Multi/Flax/L-Lysine/BCAA's
I'm also in the middle of Naplam/Clen blast on my stupid, subbron love handles!
Melatonin, and Valerian root for sleep.

Stats: Lifting about 2 years
5 months hardcore/with good diet
5'11"
181.5 This morning, I usually jump between 179.5 and 181
BF % Don't know, don't really care, if I had to guess I would guess 16-17? Not a very educated guess.

Like I was saying, I will begin tomorrow with 10mg Epi Pre and 10mg Post.

This is my 1st Log so bear with me. My update will be as often and as complete a possible, kinda busy with work and all.

Figured I'd post a before pic so when I gain 20lbs you can call me a liar!!:head:

Day One

Today was the 1st time in 4 months I woke up late for the gym, forgot to set my alarm!:aargh:Today was bi's, back and legs, had to pass up the legs, but had enough time to hit the bi's and back. My log is mostly for my own tracking, but more than happy for you to join in! BP yesterday, 132/83, I will be monitering every day, if it starts to jump, I will drop the the morning Spike!:frustrate

Day Two

Not alot to add today, not much of anything has changed, didn't expect it too. Last night BP was 136/83 so not too bad. I have had a slight headache the past two days, which is weird, never have headaches.. Tomorrow is my cadio day, probably hit a little legs and abs. Missed legs and abs on friday. Oh weighed in on my scale, not super accurate, but close, 181 this morning.


EDIT: Now that I think about it, headaches my be due to DHEA. For some reason I was dosing 100mg, I know it's not a considerable difference than 75mg, but just cut down, we'll see if that helps....

Day Three

Hit up the gym for a while this morning... Worked on the wheels a little, don't do that very often. The reason for that is that I'm trying to build my calf's up before I build my wheels. I was born with bilaterial club feet, "my feet were turned backwards", and had two reconstructive sugries, and was in casts up to my knees until I was 3, and again when I was 13. So my legs look liked like toothpicks!:aargh: I have been working on them really hard and they are finally starting to build!:woohoo: So I will work wheels once a week. Today I added 10lbs to my seated calf raise!

I do decline abs with 45lb plate, usually 3 sets of 20
Then I did 30 min. HIIT cardio, didn't really get winded like I usually do!! Sweated my balls off, haven't done cadio in 2 weeks.

Split 10mg pre/10mg post-legs feel like wet noodles! Weight was same 181. Tomorrow should be fun, my 1st real lift day, since I've been ON! Gonna tear it up!:aargh:

Lebido-Same/Hope it stay too, got a girly comming up form Cali for the 4th...:thumbsup: Don't let me down EPI!!

No sides to note! Will check BP this evening!!

Note: Cut DHEA down 25mg, no headache yet today!!

Day 4, It's on Bytches!

Hells yes!!! Hit the gym this morning, f'ing tore shyt up!!:aargh: Cannot belive it's already kicking in, and I know it is because the week before I started I pushed myself to failure, just so I had a foundation to start from, well I'm up 5lbs from that foundation!! Hey Thunder, all my research has left me hanging 50/50.. What is the proper way to run 6 oxo? Right along Nolva 400/300/200/100-or hit it on like my third week 400/300/200/100?

It's a matter of personal opinion mostly. I would run it alongside the Nolva, but I think I would run it at 600/500/300/200. 6-OXO is not very strong IMO!! THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

Will check BP tonight, forgot to last night. Bumped up to 30mg today, two days sooner than planned. 20mg pre/10 mg post. Awsome pumps today, major vasc. Only thing that sucked about todays workout is they were out of F'ing Spike:aargh::aargh::aargh::frustrate:frustrate

EDIT: My Fuking legs are so sore, I'm regreting those 340lb leg presses!! Can hardly walk to day, looks like I have a stick up my wazoo!

Not a whole lot to speak of today, it was a off day... So I got to sleep in, much needed! Libedo in check, aggression normal, anxious to get in the f'ing gym, oh hell yes!!

Dude I feel ya there! Day off was much needed though! I always have to remind myself, that you grow more outside the gym, than in the gym! But I tell you what, I'm ready to fuking tear it up in the morning!:aargh: Oh note, libedo is, ummm, up.. Just spent an hour with a bangin blonde realitor, couldn't keep my eyes off here boobs!:jaw::jaw:

Oh hells yes! Killer workout this morning! Vasc. was outta control, with increadable pumps! Didn't even hit the bi's today, and they were f'ing huge, with veins popping out, it was sick! Strength was great, didn't add any more weight, but busted right thourgh my added weight from last time no problem!

Day 8 and 9

Was too busy to update yesterday, brother just graduated! Yesterdays workout was good, extreamly tired! Was unable to sleep the night before, took one of my OTC sleeping pills, and decided I would need another one about 45 minutes later. Well I forgot that they're not 25mg, they're 50mg!:frustrate So, that was like taking 4 of my normal ones!:aargh: Very tired the next morning, and to top it off they have been out of Spike!! Same weight as previous workout, except for calves, added 20lbs, both on incline press, and seated raises.

Today was an off day, had to drive about 450 miles round trip for my brothers graduation, very irratable today! Libedo is still the same, aggression still under control, lil edgy, snapped on the dad today. Kinda dissapointed, had to eat fast food and tacos today:aargh: Oh well, it's a cheat day that I really needed! Haven't taken BP today, will do that later. Acne, three large zits on my face!:sad: Oh well.

Tomorrow is cadio, and wheels!

Back to your question. Most would say it was just a mental boost, including myself, except that before I started my cycle, I put myself at weight where I failed in my third set, about half way through on everything. And now the weight is increasing all the sudden? Seem a lil too soon for me, but never the less, I'm on a cycle, and the weight is going up... So I'll just keep pushing, and pushing!

Fuk, my legs hurt! Think I pushed them a lil too hard today, like I said just recently started doing the wheels, and was incline leg pressing like 340 or something like that. Well not today, over did it!

Been really busy, no time to update... No side to note, just a lil edgy. Workouts are great, awsome pumps. Not a big increase in weight, but have moved form 8 reps to 10 on most. Weight 184!:dance:

Been really busy, just moved... No time to update. All is good, no sides, no new numbers on the scale either... Workout are pretty intense, up to ten reps, no added weight yet. Look a lil more cut... Will try to update soon...
