Tomorrow I will be starting my second cycle, my first cycle of Epi. I have been preloading for a week with a 1000 mg of MT and will continue with 500gm MT and 1 scoop CS nightly. Training is as follows:
M-Chest/Shoulders/Tri's/Forearms
T-Bi's/Back/Abs/Legs
W-OFF/Cardio if not being lazy
T-Chest/Shoulders/Tri's/Forearms
F-Bi's/Back/Abs/Legs
S-OFF
S-OFF/Cardio
Diet:
5 a.m.-No Xplode/Pre W/O shake/Spike-Will cut NO while "ON"
7 a.m.-Post W/O Cellmass/ 1 1/2 cup Oats/1 Scoop ON/2 TBSP P.B.-Will cut Cellmass while "ON"
10:30 a.m.-Turkey Sandwich on WW/ 1/2 cup CC
12:00 p.m.-6 oz. Chicken Breast/1 Cup Veggies/1 Cup Brown Rice or WW Pasta
2:30 p.m.-1/3 cup Soy Nuts/Gronola Bar/Yogurt/1 Scoop ON
5:00p.m.-1 1/2 Cup Oats/2 TBSP P.B./1 Scoop ON/1 Cup Milk
6:30 p.m.-6 oz Chicken Breast/Veggies/Baked Potato-Or 8 Oz. Lean Steak
8:30 p.m-Shake/1/2 Cup Yogurt/1 TBSP Extra Virgin OO/1 Scoop ON

BF % Don't know, don't really care, if I had to guess I would guess 16-17? Not a very educated guess.
Like I was saying, I will begin tomorrow with 10mg Epi Pre and 10mg Post.
