Epistane PCT question

hey guys, I'm a little confused on the dosage for 6-oxo and torem as a pct for epistane. Some have said this is a good dosage for two:


Week 1 day 1-4: 120mg Torem / 2 Caps 6-OXO Extreme
Week 1 day 5-7: 90mg Torem / 2 Caps 6-OXO Extreme
Week 2: 60mg Torem / 2 Caps 6-OXO Extreme
Week 3: 30mg Torem / 5 Caps 6-OXO Extreme
Week 4: 5 Caps 6-OXO Extreme

And i've found another saying to take it like this:

Week 1 day 1-4: 120mg Torem
Week 1 day 5-7: 90mg Torem
Week 2: 60mg Torem
Week 3: 30mg Torem
Week 4: 4 Caps 6-OXO Extreme
Week 5: 3 Caps 6-OXO Extreme
Week 6: 2 Caps 6-OXO Extreme
Week 7: 1 Cap 6-OXO Extreme

My question is which of these dosages should I use?

option B makes ALOT more sense. . . IMHO

i think the first option is suppose to be taking 6-oxo inversely of torem, however i don't really know what that does for you

My question is which of these dosages should I use?

I would use the second one -- I'll actually be doing a nearly identical setup for my next run (just using formestane instead of 6-oxo)..

In that format, using the AI right off the bat isn't helping you accomplish your goals.. The second option lets you run your SERM and then after the first 3 weeks you implement the 6-oxo and slowly taper down to stabilize your estrogen levels.

question: after a small low dose 10-20-30 3 week cycle of epistane, is 6-oxo extreme enough as PCT? Cant get anything else? Would be taken with animal pak and fish oils. Could possibly get some zinc tablets?

Follow this link and read through... with emphasis on post #5... it'll explain the rational of ramping up the AI while ramping down the SERM. In short it's to help prevent estrogen rebound.
