Week 3-75mg
Week 4-100mg
Trena Week 3-10mg
Week 4-10mg
Week 5-20mg
Week 6-20mg
Phera-Vol Week 4-15mg
Week 5-30mg
Week 6-30mg
Week 7-30mg (maybe 45 depending on gains)
What do you guys think? I threw the Trena in there because it's non-methylated and I figured it could be a good addition.
