how do a lot of AAS users get away with competining in "natural" shows, exactly, obviosly they cheap somehow but i'm wondering if someone could elaborate, maybe with experice or something...
Also i'm about 5'9" 170lbs 8%bf i'm naturally pretty lean, more of the model physique, what would be my ideal weight bf at that height for a competition (would be my first)...I was thinking 175 at 2-4%???
