1: how does this look to you?
2: when to introduce Activate Xtreme into PCT?

I would go 6 weeks for epi as it kicks in a bit slow.

You're going to want to add Tudca (CEL has it about as cheap as it can be found) with an epistane cycle. nasty methyl. 500-750mg/day. Also make sure you have some taurine for the back/calf pumps that almost certainly will happen about week 3-4.

for pct, I would add in a cortisol control supp like SNS Reduce XT and make sure you have an ai on hand in case of rebound estrogen. SNS inhibit e as a minimum, but preferably pharma.

Cycle looks fine, although I agree with boone that extending it to 6 weeks would probably be more promising. With 6 weeks worth of epi, you could also bump the dose up; maybe 30/30/30/30/40/40 or something similar. I’d look into a test base to help avoid possible lethargy. It’s also a good idea to keep an aromatize inhibitor on hand, but it probably isn’t 100% necessary since you’ve got nolva already which would prevent any estro from binding to the breast gland (if you even encounter estro issues, which for most people isn’t too likely on epistane)

I would have an AI on hand during your cycle.

I would also opt for any all in one natural anabolic during PCT.

Activate Xtreme is a good product, but products like AlphaMax XT, Kingsblood, or M-test will do more than Activate Xtreme alone. All three of those products will increase testosterone, boost libido, and control cortisol which is very important.

i have run epi solo before and gain 4 kg of lean muscle mass, i think 6 weeks and 30-40 mg is the nice spot for me, althought it would be better if you runs it with test base

Will look into the all in one to run in PCT instead of activate xtreme? Run these straight away with Nolva and stop after the 4 weeks of Nolva too??
