This will be my 1st cycle, and I'll do my best to keep updates here.
Stats-

College athlete,let myself go, and been back at it off and on past 5 years.
Diet- I track it all, eat fairly clean, will be extremely clean during cycle.
Current plan-
Test E week 1-12 500mg (250x2)
Hcg week 1-14 500 iu
Arimidex week 1-14 .5 MG
Clomid week 14-18 50mg
Nolvadex week 14-18 20mg
Goal is size/strength
I have a bad lower back that does limit some movements, and was worried about pushing myself into injury. I'm going to layout my workouts around this issue and make sure to listen to my body.
I'll be bringing up my calories from 3100-3500, then week 4 -12 to 4000. Obviously ill adjust accordingly through the cycle to limit fat gains as much as possible, while understanding it's part of the deal.
I plan on starting mid January as I still am wanting to do a tad bit more research, as well as finalizing my diet, gym plan to a T.
My last scans were about 2 months ago, which showed my mid section being at 13% bf, so hoping to get it closer to the rest of my body prior to 1st pin.
