75-100mg for 6-8 weeks is great. 100 is the solo sweetspot. 50-75 in a stack.
I've used them both, and both are excellent compounds and actually extremely similar in noticeable effects. DMZ is the superior compound compound in every regard (nutrient repartitioning, pumps, fullness, dry lean gains, some strength and endurance) but also harsher. The sides are even the same, but they are much more present in DMZ at the dose you'd need solo (40-60mg).
Basically Mbol, when not overdosed, will be slower and less explosive in results but can be ran longer, safer, and lower on sides.
Choose Mbol if you want a fantastic experience for 6-8 weeks. Choose DMZ if you need a little more gains and only have 4-6wks to do it, and are willing to eat more sides like back pumps and nastier lipids.
