Post cycle cramps

Kind of strange I've cut back on my diet a lot but took a week off the gym from when I started post cycle. I've been supplementing potassium through foods but I'm getting lil cramps when I relax a muscle and then try to flex it, mainly in my chest and quad. Ever happen to anyone?

Coconut water has a good amount of potassium and oranges do too.

During cycle I had cramps towards the end of a workout when I'd hit abs so I figured my muscles were fatigued since the workouts were intense. But these were very infrequent.
Now it happens when I stand up after sitting for a couple hours.

However:) I did have nice gains- 188 to 212 in 4 weeks. BF trimmed down a bit I'm likely 10-11% now was likely 13-14% prior. Most I've been natty was 195. Today is the beginning of week 3 post cycle and I'm still 212.

Next time I'll post progress pics.

Anyway thanks in advance for any help:)

Try 3-5g of taurine daily. Also load up on magnesium.

Thanks will do, I stopped taking taurine 2 weeks ago and didn't even think about that

Yea taurine is essential for cramps. I will get bad back cramps if I don't take taurine.
