Is 120mg raloxifene dangerous?

60mg is standard dose. Been on 120mg for 8 weeks now. Gyno still little to no difference in size. Is 120mg dangerous to continue?

Have read the drug can be associated with blood clots, but that was in women who took the drug for 5 years.

I heard something about only staying at 60mg for a little bit because of some medical issues, so not sure on 120 as that is double. I'd have to find the study to find out why and reread it to make sure
