Running my second cycle ever during a cut

Hello all,

I am about 3 weeks into my leaning out phase for the summer season and I am considering doing my second cycle ever. Stats: 25, 6'2", 220lbs approx 16%bf. My last cycle was in October I took IML Halo Extreme stack that is available on their website. I had good results from that, but I can imagine that I could have done a little better PCT (SERM instead of the stuff that came with) because I have only retained about 30% is my best guess. Only sides I experienced were back pumps going into week 4. I would just about try that again, but alas it is no longer available. I am down 10 lbs so far and i just don't want to lose everything I have gained thus far. Also, I want to be VASCULAR even though my damn genetics really don't support me in that venture.

1) Is it even advisable to go onto a ph cycle during the cutting phase?
2) At what point during the cut do you start a cycle?
3) Does a guy adjust his diet for a cycle, even while on a cut? I am following a 200C 230P 64F daily diet profile right now
4) Finally, what to take? (I will pin someday, but right now I am looking to go the oral route still)

Any help is much appreciated.
