I personally enjoy the effects of daa. Super pct has test boosting ingredients but not daa. I would add it. It's less than $20

tryin to learn and understand but why would you want to control cortisol levels? and how do u know if your too high or too low? also would i have to worry about it if im on trt?

I'm no doc, but from my own understanding cortisol levels want to be managed as it can lower fat burning capability and even be negative towards lbm.

I'm pretty sure for what your looking for you want your cortisol levels to be lower and maintain that level. If they're too too low i've heard of some people bruising up but you dont really have to worry about that. But if they're too high it will raise your blood pressure, increase in weight, maybe depression, and increase in fat around the face. One supplement i heard that you could supplement in and use is reduce xt over at strong supplement shop to help control cortisol levels. Hope this helps.

For me, fish oil does nothing with such a low dose (assuming regular caps). For real joint help double it
