... Thinking about dropping the trest and going DMZ solo at 40/40/60/60 . Trestalone is a newer and not very heard and researched . I'm sure it's been researched a bit but not like most known compounds .., idk plus Idk if I'm ready yet either . I don't have a super solid workout like a lot of dudes on here , I do like sets of 10-12 and probably like 4 or 5 different exercises that are the same body group on the same day of course and like 3 or 4 sets of that exercise . Also I did a 3 week cycle of DMZ at 32mgs a day back in late April/early may .., wondering if my receptors have healed plenty enough .., any thoughts ?

Oh yeah I've been on the trest like a week and a half and the DMZ like 3-4 days . Debating on which one to drop ., I also have a lot of OSTA ., maybe that would be a good compound . Because I'm gonna want to have a couple drinks every now and then and idk if that's safe with running DMZ at 60mg . I have plenty of cycle supports and even a little TuDca 250mg caps but still idk I don't want to be wasting my time with anabolics at the moment if my body/receptors need time to recover anyways ..

Drop the DMZ if ur gonna drop something. What's wrong tho? What r ur concerns?
That I ran another cycle after only wating like 2 months after my pct .. Thought that I should wait longer maybe .. I'll check my BP tomorrow and if that's in check like it should and feels then I won't have any :)

The methylated oral is likely to be harder on your system than the IM.

Yeah I just had a body builder buddy who knows tons of others and never had heard of it and he said that he personally wouldn't mess with anything that's not very well known . Which is true , trest is still not very well known except for on here

You are wrong about it not being well known or well researched. Just because your buddy seems to "know a ton" doesn't mean he knows it all. There's a reason it was being tested for male birth control. It's safe, acts very similar to testosterone from a biological perspective, and is easy to bounce back from. Plus, trest has been around for decades. It just hasn't been used in bodybuilding circles because everything else has been so widely and easily available.

Trest is the perfect mass building steroid imo. Great strength and mass gains, good repartitioner, and a little wet which keeps the joints happy. These are all reasons why it has exploded in terms of popularity in a very short period of time.

If you're worried about dropping something because you didn't wait very long between cycles, drop the dmz. It is much harsher on the body and although a good kicker to this cycle you'll be much happier with the trest. Honestly though, I would stick with both compounds and run the full cycle as you have planned because you shouldn't have any complications.

Sorry I didn't know . I seen that it said that when I was reading up on the history of it when it came on the market originally as GP Ment or something like that . If your BP is a little high, use 10mg of tadalafil daily.
I just got it checked and the second reading was 127/68 so I'm good there but the highest I've seen it at the docs (on cycle) was 136/83

Any times I've been off the cycle pct ( afterwards) my liver enzymes are fine but the doctors will always say that it's not good while I'm on cycle so I never bother with that . If anything I should have gotten cholesterol checked but I'm eating a lot of fish and very little red meat on this cycle with Lots of vits including the best cycle supp out (AI sports)

And thanks for the heads up .., like I knew that but a guy at a GNC once told me that BP is known as the "silent killer " idk how true that is but I'll get that tedifil or whatever it was that the superman looking dude recommended lol .

Tadalafil is also known by its brand name, cialis.

What is a recomp ? Yeah I'm like 5'7 barely and like 198+ with about 20 percent bf , it was 21 percent when I got checked the other week but yeah I should cut up and your saying that would cause high BP more than anything else your saying or just cardiovascular health ?

Recomposition means trying to keep about the same weight (as opposed to bulking where you gain, or cutting where you lose) while lowering your bodyfat and increasing your muscle mass. 20% is quite high, and could definitely lead to BP issues (as well as estrogen issues) on cycle or off.

I would actually cut while on cycle. You'll be able to burn fat easier, hold onto muscle easier, and possibly even grow while on a calorie deficit.

Oh, and I'd honestly shoot for closer to ten. It's so much harder to put on copious amounts of fat again if you get yourself down that far.

I just recommended this in another thread also. Not many people know this.
Anybody know how id go at a calorie deficit at my size ? ? I've got a lot of work to do and step one is to somehow not eat as much or just knock off carbs for the most part all together .. Idk for sure stay eating 200-300 grams of protein per day but idk where carbs lye ?

If you dont think your diet is down solid, and dont feel like your training is down solid, theres no reason to be on anabolics.

Get a solid understanding and connection built between your mind and body first. Set a goal, and start working at it. How long have you been lifting for?

I always shoot for starting at maintenance. Protein starts at 1.5g per lb bw. Carbs at 1.5g per pound lean body mass. Then fat fills the remainder.

So, around 295g protein.

At 197 and I would say 20% bf is a good estimate, your lean body mass is around 157. So, carbs start at 235g.

Now you're maintenance calories are around 3000. Between protein and carbs you're using up 2120 calories. That means you get 98g of fat.

What I do when cutting is eat 70% of my carbs pre, intra, and post workout. The rest get distributed evenly through the rest of the day (usually just enough for fruits and veggies).

I cut calories by 200 every 2-4 weeks depending on how quickly I need to drop the weight. I prefer the slower the better especially when not competing. I start by cutting carbs, but I don't get lower than one gram per lean body mass. After that, I start cutting out fat. Protein stays the same throughout.

I took a pic of this message so I can remember not to go over 100 grams of fat per day if that's what your saying basically because the carbs and the amount of protein I eat is pretty close to that number daily id say

A solid start to a cutting diet. I do similar things especially the peri workout carb intake.

I think the OP is 18-20%.

It's what I did the beginning of this year. That's February to May.
Recomp like that's the perfect example lol , think Ima drop everything and use this OSTA that I've kept and run that since I'm shut down already and mine as well use something that'll cut me up

Trying to stay away from the fried like the foshsticks and nuggets but the rest should be good . Thinking about only keeping to like 4 no more than 5 pieces of Dave's killer bread a day and eat like carrots and hella Brock !

Do you think that I'm too big ATM to be running trest even solo ?
I know I've got what I need but still thinking as of long term

Forgot the red yeast rice but my BP read 126 / 68 after they redid my first one which was at 132/90 . But BP can fluctuate a few points , that's why I only trust the doctors machine , but I think that I may drop 80 bucks at target and get the good one . Any other reason I shouldn't be running trest at 5'7 198 19/20 percent bf ?

I honestly don't think there's any issue with you running the trest. I just wouldn't continue trying to bulk. Get rid of the bf. The trest will actually be a big help with this. I've cut for a competition nattie and I've cut for them enhanced. Believe me when I say that enhanced works so much better! Anyways, make the foods you like to eat fit your macros and time your carbs accordingly. You will see excellent benefits.

Like no carbs like bread or pasta after like 11 or 12 noon and then stick to veggies for the rest of the day kinda thing , I'm already seeing crazy definition on this already and going harder on my lifts ., don't think that 4 days of DMZ contributed to any of that at all really . But yeah Ima get a bf scanner and a good BP moniter , disc the DMZ and run the trest at like 225 a week and bump it up to three once I lose some fat

Firstly, don't completely cut out carbs, you'll be able to do it for a bit, but you'll hit a wall.
Secondly, you can use hcg if you want, but I personally would use something along the lines of this for pct after trest and dmz

And you'll recover. I may use hcg but only because I'm on a 20 week cycle. I don't see it necessary for anything under 10 weeks. However trestolone will shut you down, but this pct I listed should be more than enough to kickstart test after a 4-6 week cycle.
Just my opinion.

Is this for when you're just on hormones? If I cut down fat and carbs at the same time my strength and muscle mass would drop dramatically. 1 gram protein per pound of bodyweight versus an excess amount of protein seems to make no difference in how I retain mass and I've tried both.

Noticeable muscle fiber thickness and definite change in shape. It may seem unorthodox but I carb fasted after 5pm to maximize the GH response from the peptides at night and only ate lean meats/eggs after I started my fast.

Note: I've had about 4yrs of varying experience with anabolics and the trest/peptide combo destroyed any other cutting stack I've tried to date.

And I have both Nolva and clomid on hand :) but thought that HCGs were necessary to run thruout the cycle

HCG isn't necessary, but will aide in recovery. Honestly, I don't use it for pct on longer cycles either just extend my SERM use

Yes. And strength and mass will always drop much more dramatically without anabolics. That's why I always lift as heavy as I can throughout prep, but when natty even that does only so much. I could lose over 100lbs on my squat during a prep.
