    Need help with training times


    When on the juice How many times could i work out without overtraining? And how many body parts is best to work out in a day?

    I know when your on roids your recovery time is increased i dont want to be fooled by this and overtrain my ass off.


    I'm kind of confused on getting a split together can anyone help?

    i don't change my split at all when on .. just lift heavier

    trying to mess with a split that works while off will just end up screwing you up. As glen says lift heavier, and you can add a bit more volume and be ok as well, but I wouldn't tweak anything else.
