Hey guys, I had a question about my first cycle, right now I'm on week 5 and up to this point my cycle looked like this:
Week 1-4(calories at 3,000)
Hdrol: 75mg ED
TEST E: 500mg/week
Week 3 I added in ADEX .5mg ED because nips started to get sore
I had went from 197 to 212 in the first four weeks on 3k Cals (which are cutting Cals for me) and now I'm wondering if I should drop them more, I've added in cardio 3x a week for 20 minutes but my weight is stuck at 212 hunger is through the roof as well.
Before starting cycle I was at 4k calories and not moving above 197-198 lol. It's just mind ****ing me that I'm not losing any weight after the initial water weight gain.
