Full body vs split routine

Ok number one I have always been under the understanding that full body routines are for beginners. But I'm hearing more and more saying it's good to build lean mass.
I'm ready to shock my body and switch my routine. While researching new split routines I keep seeing full body routines as well.
So here are my goals and stats
I'm 33 years old
5' 6"
185 lbs
15% body fat
I'm getting ready to go back on cycle in two weeks so I have max one week to decide on a routine so I can be comfortable with it and get the most out of my cycle. If I don't I'll run my current routine.

My goals are
190-200 lbs
8-10% body fat
I'm aware if the fact that I'm asking for a lot. If I don't get it by the end of this cycle I'll shoot for by the end of the year (12 months)

I save full body exercises for when I want to lean up.

On cycle its a waste imo.

I still try to incorporate one day for full body intense boot camp style w/o.

X2 on cycle I prefer to do a long workout (2-3hrs) 6 days a week. Hitting two muscle groups a day. With plenty of drop sets, supersets and TUT.
