I was just curious are you suppose to take 4 caps a day or 8 caps because on the bottle it says one serving four caps but people are saying to take 4 2 times a day because i had been taking 2 caps 2 times a day??

I also take 4 caps a day off cycle for health reasons. Has helped my cholesterol immensly.
