First time running epi 2a 3a. Any advice or suggestions?
I'm gonna make this short and simple. This is my first time running epi 2a 3a. I'm doing a 6 weeks cycle. I'm 5'10 181-182 lbs and around 12% body fat. I'm looking to get shredded while maintaining my bodyweight. I'm on a clean diet and planning on hitting the gym 5-6 times a week. Any advice or suggestions? I'll very much appreciate it.
Preload throughout whole cycle
Week 1-2:
Cycle assist
Multivitamins
Fish oil
Glucosamine
Milk thistle
Week 3: 30mg
Week 4-6: 40mg
Week 7-8: 50mg
