I was searching around doing some research and ran across this little card, thought it might be a valuable little print out should any of the newbies such as myself need said info.

1. never pin forearm, unless sub-q
2. IMO,2cc in 1 spot it alot unless your arms are 20+". ? sq in the upper arm? i dont think so.
3. iv put 2cc in my shoulders
4-5 5cc in any one spot can be done but will become a real pain.
IMO use the smallest pin possable everytime.
