SD/TEST/VAR Time to recomp

Quick update: 235 lbs. 10mgs still got me feeling good but ill be dropping it Wednesday. That will make 28 days of sd. Every muscle on me feels hard as a rock. Been getting tons of random questions bout by rapid growth lol. Still 10-12 weeks left of this cycle too. Things are looking very promising.Hustle harder

Why on Earth are you using such a high degree of protein if you are trying to slim down?

Because roids increase protein synthesis. Also I actually am dropping it down quite a bit for this half of the cycle to get cals low and focus more on cut. I wanted to pack on as much as possible with the sd before going into an all out cut. This has really turned more into an experiment than a recomp lol. I'm enjoying the results though. Pics. I know I'm fat as **** but I couldn't full on cut without knowing I did at least some bulk first.
Before the var and hardcore cut portion of cycle. I kinda just decided to bulk the first half. I have a serious aversion to wanting to lose muscle. However I have set my mind to cut until 10% body fat regardless of the amount of muscle lost from this point on.

Thanks y'all. I started it today @ 40 mgs. Took 20 PRE workout and 10 twice through the day. Pump was already insane today. Maybe in my head but it was skin tearing pumps. Will keep y'all updated more now.

This var can't be in my head. My strength is already going up and I have tons of energy after taking it. It's unlike anything I've had before. I didn't even use a preworkout today. I wasn't in any way expecting this from anavar. I didn't think it was supposed to be very noticeable other than vascularity and hardness.

Hope this works as planned for u. its the kind of cycle that appeals to me. do u plan of throughing in some clen too?? I am thinking the test will help to keep the muscle and var with clen 2 *weeks on then off should see u cut right

Well I pretty much hammered any remnant of a diet away today. Really gonna have to focus this last 5-6weeks. Hopefully I can be strict enough to cut about 10-12 pounds. Will keep y'all updated. Merry Christmas

Dunno if you changed your diet or someone else has told you this but I you're in fact hitting 40g of fat... You're hormonal lay limiting yourself... You NEED that fat and i wouldn't drop below 60...

Pretty much neglected this thread but here is an update 2 weeks from pct. it turned into more of a bulk cycle but ultimately I'm pretty happy so far. Will be heavily cutting this summer and update again someday lol. I am up for questions if anyone wants to know anything just ask.
