Because roids increase protein synthesis. Also I actually am dropping it down quite a bit for this half of the cycle to get cals low and focus more on cut. I wanted to pack on as much as possible with the sd before going into an all out cut. This has really turned more into an experiment than a recomp lol. I'm enjoying the results though. Ill be getting 1500 cals a day until February when I wrap up.Why on Earth are you using such a high degree of protein if you are trying to slim down?
Wanted to add I will be dropping test to 300 for the rear of the cycle. Hopefully it helps the way you advised. Thanks again.if looking to get cut id cut the test dose in half, too much test for your goal

Before the var and hardcore cut portion of cycle. I kinda just decided to bulk the first half. I have a serious aversion to wanting to lose muscle. However I have set my mind to cut until 10% body fat regardless of the amount of muscle lost from this point on.
Prolly wont use clen quite yet. Ill prolly wait till I'm lower body fat to start experimenting with that. Pretty much just gonna focus on diet and spend the rest of my lifting days on a cut until I have a flat stomach. Once I get back to that point I think it will be worth it to have lost a little muscle and be able to see fat to muscle gains easier.Hope this works as planned for u. its the kind of cycle that appeals to me. do u plan of throughing in some clen too?? I am thinking the test will help to keep the muscle and var with clen 2 *weeks on then off should see u cut right
I'm deffinitely running var at end of my next cycle now. I ran winny thd last 6 weeks of my last cycle, taking 50 mg pwo and my strength and adrenaline went through the roof. How long are you running var for?This var can't be in my head. My strength is already going up and I have tons of energy after taking it. It's unlike anything I've had before. I didn't even use a preworkout today. I wasn't in any way expecting this from anavar. I didn't think it was supposed to be very noticeable other than vascularity and hardness.

How is that Var treating you man?Well I pretty much hammered any remnant of a diet away today. Really gonna have to focus this last 5-6weeks. Hopefully I can be strict enough to cut about 10-12 pounds. Will keep y'all updated. Merry Christmas

It would seem to me that the normal dietary fat intake is not necessary, in regard to hormone secretion, due to the fact that he is likely not secreting many androgens himself at this time.Dunno if you changed your diet or someone else has told you this but I you're in fact hitting 40g of fat... You're hormonal lay limiting yourself... You NEED that fat and i wouldn't drop below 60...
