Phera Plex / SD Cycle Dosage

I will be starting this cycle soon and need suggestions for dosage. I am not sure yet if I want to do a 4 or 6 week cycle but I have PCT lined out and this is not my first harsh cycle. I am 25, 195 lbs and goal is 205-210.

the doses for a 4 week cycle and a 6 week cycle will be very different ive done it but idk if u wanna run sd for 6 weeks

I originally wanted to do a 4 week and will most likely stick with that. What dosage would you recommend?
