Is there something that reduces nolvas liver toxicity. Im asking not only for bb PCT purposes but also for a good friend of mine who should take it the next five years for breast cancer. what about tucda? Does this help? Can tucda be used such a long time without sides?

First, she/he needs to ask a professional for such a long time. But regardless nolvadex liver toxicity, there are people with breast cancer and they take nolvadex for years without any liver problem and never used any liver supplement/drug support (but they run always the original nolvadex drug). It is toxic but not so harsh. Statins are toxic as well. There are people with very high cholesterol too and they take statins for years without any liver problem.

TUDCA could help but I am not sure if it can be used for such a long time without any sides.

TUDCA dosage is not for treatment because is still OTC.
TUDCA dosage for protection/prevention is usually something like 1gr per day or maybe less after a fatty meal. (depends on your weight)

UDCA (
ursofalk) dosage for treatment is usually 1gr-1,250gr per day (depends on your weight)

UDCA dosage for protection/prevention could be usually 250mg-500mg per day for mild toxic orals

Polyenylphosphatidylcholine is OTC to some countries and it is both for
treatment and protection.
Polyenylphosphatidylcholine dosage is over 2gr for treatment and protection.
Polyenylphosphatidylcholine = Life Extension, Hepatopro, 900 mg, 60 Softgels

AEGIS=
300mg Polyenylphosphatidylcholine + 125mg Tauroursodeoxycholic acid
per capsule. Do the math…

taurinated bile acids=
Jarrow Formulas, Bile Acid Factors, 333 mg, 90 Capsules is a great OTC too.

Milk thistle maybe but it hinders muscle gains…

Liv52, SAMe, ALA and NAC could be useful too.
